The customer service here is awful! Everyone here is stuck up and mean they think they're better than everybody else. I wouldn't recommend shopping here to nobody. On top of the customer service the prices are awful because they're the only place in town they think they have the market monopolized and that people who don't have a vehicle and can't get to any other grocery store don't have a choice but to shop here so they're totally screwing people!

PicPac grocery store is a nice store free from clutter in the aisles. The store is very clean. The employees are all very nice and polite! The owner Mike Long is a nice man and likes to hire teens who are looking for a job as well as others. I always get my meat there because I know it was just cut or ground so I know it is fresh, as far as I know this is the only place in Bell Co. that butcher's their meat.

Absolutely terrible meat bought $200 worth a meat for a birthday party, opened to fix and smelled sour!!! Bought 2 footlongs turcky and cheddar both had mold everywhere I have pictures! Will not spend another cent there!!!

Great little grocery store! Super friendly people. They have a great variety and meats are cut really well. We come here to get our birthday cakes, they are delicious!

This store says there Handicap accessible but they are not the only have one handicap cart and most of the time to much stuff is in the way yo get to it bbn or it always gone

Friendly staff very helpful always had very pleasant experience except for one fairly recent visit when this one kid looks to be about 12-15 years of age literally stacks 24 packs of soft drinks 3 high in the back seat of my new car that fell going around the curves and up Frakes Mountain 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
