Everyone knows when you work in retail, when a customer asks a question, whether you are talking or not, you answer them. Well while me and my husband was in the Pikeville location, my husband asked an employee something about cologne. The lady answered but had the remark, when resuming talking to the cashiers, since I was interrupted while talking and I was at the register. She has 2 toned hair and needs to learn when a customer is at the register she needs to keep her comments to herself until the customers leave.

Wow I loved this place the selection of clothing was amazing and I fell in love with a lot of the homewares that was available. So much more than great clothes and shoes, they had some amazing rugs and small shelves even some chairs, I was shocked because I didn't expect anything more than clothes and shoes. Will definitely be visiting here again and again. Seen several great Christmas gifts.

This is in my humble opinion one of if not the best clothing stores in the Pikeville area, and I honestly love my service when I happen in this establishment and I can always find what I need. The also have a tech section which I also adore, because of the many neat items for sale and they also have clearance tech items as well. So can pick out a nice pair of headphones for a great price. I can't recommend a place more and I hope they continue the great service.👍

The store looked like it was a victim of the purge. Everything was cropped. The store is absolutely disorganized. People being socially distanced and the isles are made to where you can be socially distanced but the clothes there is definitely not for professional women. It’s made for teens and tweens. I’m not wasting my time with that store ever again.

I really like this store. Sometimes you can find some great items and the arent expensive. They have a good dress selection. The store is always clean and the dressing area is too. Not had much experience with the costumer service. The only one I ever see is at the checkout, but they seem nice enough.

It's a nice place but their inventory was extremely small. Lots of floor space but no inventory. I ask the sales lady if they were closing.

Found great deals on clothing for my kids, but when it came to clothing for myself, I was very disappointed. I wear plus sizes and the selection for someone my age (29) was very poor.
