Staff doesn't hardly clean tables, food was cold when we arrived and was informed they don't even make custom pizzas anymore. Staff got defensive when they were told food wasn't warm. It's cheap but if you're not going to give at least somewhat decent service raise your prices to keep up.Keep in mind this was dinner time with the most basic selections of pizza and what out there was old and cold.

Pretty good. The last time I went (a couple years back), it wasn’t the best, but this most recent time I went (June 2022), it was pretty good! Would consider going back, just not all the time. I’d say the pizza, spaghetti, & the mac and cheese were my faves.

Pizza and games. Nice clean environment, well maintained. Don’t come expecting super special pizza, but they are tasty even if topped sparsely. Only real negatives deals with what is a confusing way to auto purchase cards that can penalize smaller children and those that don’t pay close attention. I am sure the tech is out there to put the change on the card purchased. All that said they do have my all time favorite game hide in the back.

A great place for family fun! Not only can you get all the pizza you can eat including dessert pizzas if you want to eat healthy you can. They offer a full salad bar as well and additional options other than pizza. They have a tv dining room playing kids cartoons and other shows as well as standard dining rooms if you dont want tv in the background. They best part though is the game room! While you do have to pay extra for it aside from the food if you want to use it, it is well worth it! They offer a full on all you can game for an hour card (no tickets are earned using it) which is ok if all you want to do is play arcade games and the laser room. They also have bumper cars which is it's own cost and ticket games which you can pay per game and ear tickets for prizes. We make sure to always stop on whenever we are in town.

Mr Gattis and Chucky Cheese are basically competing against each other. Mr Gattis beats CC big time. Mr Gattis has a buffet with better quality pizza, good salad bar, pasta and dessert pizza. There are many more games at Mr Gattis and there's more room for all the kids. Older kids will enjoy mr gattis more as it's slightly less small child oriented even though all ages will enjoy it. As a parent I'll pick mr gattis every time. It was surprisingly clean for an arcade full of kids.

Came to participate in a nephew's Birthday Party, service was immaculate, not a lot of options or selections of food and games for smaller toddlers below the age of 2. My daughter could not participate in any games or arcade much at all because of the lack of selection for smaller babies. I noticed a few flies flying around, which is disgusting around the food. But other than that, staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Seated quickly and were ok with us staying a little past the reservation time due to no one else waiting for one where we were. Definitely recommend to older age groups and adults, and would go again once my child can actually operate the games.Parking: Plenty of parking in the parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Ground level entrance, no issues for wheelchair entry

I have had bariatric surgery, which completely restricts me from watching ANY fold they serve here. I explained this to the staff at the counter and even though I have medical restrictions from any of their food they serve. I will never be able to eat here again with my son unless I pay for a Buffett that I can’t eat or a $20 game card. So if my 5 year old wants to eat here it will cost a minimum of $23 without any game cards. Please change the policy to be more accommodating and accepting to those of us with medical restriction

It's a great arcade and experience for the kids. The food is very low quality and you can taste it. The BBQ chicken pizza tasted like the sauce was ketchup. A few of the other pizzas did not taste quite right.But for taking kids to an arcade atmosphere with some food it's worth it.

Stars solely for games that did work. My son enjoyed the game section. I became very ill ( vomit and diarrhea) about one hour after eating here so I will not return . My son didn’t like the food so he ate a small amount of plain pasta. He did not get sick ( ate different foods than I did) The games are fun for small kids but many were non working and one of the guys working the prize counter was somewhat rude ( dark hair heavy set). Girls working the entry counter were really nice.

I haven't been here in a couple years, and used to love going. It was a little "meh" this time. Most of the food was good, but they didn't keep the buffet stocked very well so some of it seemed kinda old and dry. Salad bar was excellent as always.

Awesome food, made fresh, and very clean. Staff was super nice . In what little time it took us to get a drink refill, about 5 minutes, we came back to a fully cleaned table. Game room was also very impressive. Will definitely return.

The cashier at the entrance was very nice and friendly. The salad bar was really good. The pizza is so so; of course as a buffet, most of it is too cold to eat, especially the tough chewy cold crust. And they decided to run the loudest vacuum cleaner in Kentucky for about 30 minutes which is good because it drowned out the screaming kid that sat down in the next booth. The instruction are to bus your own table into a tub that looks like it’s got all days garbage in it. And the manager seemed really offended that we wanted a couple of beers.

2-stars because we were forced to buy 2 drinks (>$5 after tax) that we did not want. The buffet pricing is listed without the cost of the drink, and the drink price is listed as an additional $2.39. When the cashier rang us up and gave me the total, I told her, "Oh, we didn't want drinks, just water." She informed us that because the drinks were on a fountain and available to everyone, she had to charge us regardless.The deception of the pricing on their sign is that a drink purchase is NOT optional, yet there is nothing stating that fact. If we wanted to eat here, we had no choice but to pay for drinks we didn't want.If the drink is not optional, then it should be included in the buffet price, not listed separately and forced upon the customer who was misled by the listed prices.The food was good, you can special order pizza if they don't have what you want on the pizza bar, and the staff was friendly, BUT we don't plan on ever eating at a Mr. Gatti's again because of the deceptive pricing.
