Food is fine. I’m usually there between 5:30-6 am. Woman working the window older lady is super hateful everyday and just straight up rude. Like she’s having a bad day everyday lol

Sandwich was hard from sitting under a heat lamp for to long and the bacon was small burnt pieces looked like they scraped the pan and threw it on my sandwich an all in the wrapper. When we called to speak to a manger we spoke with a young man an all he could say was well I’m sorry usually we get good reviews… trust me the looks of the sandwich not to mention the times before they’ve messed our orders up(we live an work close by so we had been dining here a lot… not after today! We only called the restaurant a made this post in hopes that McDonald’s get it together and start hiring a better crew a not just anyone you find on the street!!!! If people can’t do a simple task as place a piece of broken in half bacon on a sandwich an call it two pieces 🤣 then send them home! I’ve worked in fast food before, there’s NO WAY I’d ever send a sandwich like that out! This generation is a dying breed! 🤬🤬🤬

very rude sounding employee, took forever for them to come onto the speaker in the left lane to tell me to order when ready. once that was done the service was so slow I had to tell them 3 times at the speaker that I had already ordered the line just wasn't moving. waited 15 minutes total at the speaker and they came over the speaker to tell me to please move from the speaker, at that point I left as it seems the impossible was expected

My wife has ordered the same coffee for years with no deviation, other than an occasional add a pump of pumpkin. The lady that served coffee today literally argued that my wife didn’t order her coffee sugar free. Such an insult to a paying customer. They should be ashamed to take someone’s money and treat them that way. My wife was in tears. I’m amazed that an employee would come to work and get paid to provide a service that is not being providing. Terrible service 👎

I'm extremely surprised to be writing this review most of the time at other McDonald's the service is kinda bad or average. My experience tonight was extremely different. The staff acted extremely kind and even gave us a large drink, a cookie, and two pies for a simple 15 minute wait. Great service I will be back.

For my husband & I, there is both a positive & a negative in this visit. The positive aspect is a substantial one in my opinion. That is hospitality & friendliness. The worker they had on shift might have been young, but let me tell you, he beat the other workers hands down with regards to personalibility and friendliness. He went out of his way to make sure that you were taken care of & had what we needed.Now the big negative of this visit has to do with cleanliness. Every table was dirty, I mean filhty. When I noticed that he wasnt busy, we informed him & he cleaned the other booths and tables himself. Time had passed by so quickly due to the afternoon lunch rush, he just didn't realize that that was the case.All that being said, that one young worker's kindness alone is enough for us to go back again.

Made a mobile order for curbside pickup, Should have been ready at 1205… at 1240 I had to call and cancel my order because they still hasn’t brought it out, and I couldn’t come inside to ask because the lobby was locked. Still haven’t been refunded and the app says I picked up the order.

This is the worst fast food drive thru anywhere. Have maybe 30% chance of getting order correct. Ordered biscuits and gravy, got no gravy. And never get napkins and often no straws with the drinks. And they want $15/hr. Overpaid at $7.25.

Other than customer service being a bunch of kids without management helping them, they figure it out on their own and I applaud them for it, the food was good when the order is correct you can't beat it !

I usually stop here for the coffee the food is oversalted, not cooked properly,buns often stale, high employee turnover resulting in inexperienced staff and generally an indifferent attitude at the drive through window. There is always a long wait regardless of traffic.Is it worth it for a cup of coffee? Is the coffee really better? Not really but I'm paying for convenience.

I doubt I’ll come to this McDonald’s again, they’re inconsiderate and so focused on being the fastest they continue to get the orders wrong. The drive thru worker did everything so fast and incorrectly in the drive thru I had to come in. Spoke to manager and told her about the worker so she took my order herself, again the manager of the store rang me up for the incorrect food again. Taking about an hour of my time because they tried to be fast about their job. I should’ve just chose more wisely knowing they’re always hiring. I guess that’s my mistake for choosing such a needy restaurant

Drive thru moving excruciating slow 30 minutes ago at 9:30 am. Took 10 minutes to get to pickup window. Then orders ere messed up. I got 2 decaf coffees instead of one regular. Then my order was not there although several bags were just sitting there on counter. It told the person about coffees and she said to pull forward as they had to make my order. I asked to have manager come out and speaks to me. I pulled forward and waited several more minutes and food not manager never came out. I went back inside and person sitting at register said the guy waiting for food wants see manager. Manager came over with food and handed it to me which I refused. Image tried to make excuses as why food was late but bottom line is poor management of business operations. I refused the order when she gave to me as how can expect food to be correct if they cannot get normal orders right? I also refused a refund because this was wasting too much time. There are also issues at other McDonalds in eastern Kentucky like ordering 2 cheeseburgers and they arrive with NO Meat. Local, district and regional managers need to step up, assume responsibility, be replaced or reprimanded in some cases and get their restaurants up to standard. Does not reflect acceptable business practices. This continues to reflect poorly on the McDonalds brand.
