These guys were absolutely awesome! Broke down on the trail at Mine Made Off-Road Park on Friday afternoon with a twisted drive shaft. Called these guys and they said to get it there as soon as I could. Loaded up and headed out ASAP. Dropped it off about an hour and a half before closing. They said they'd do their best to have it done before the end of the day. No more than our food came out for a late lunch and they said it was done and that they'd stay a little late to get it test drove for me!!! Didn't price gouge at all and gave me a discount to boot!Thank you all for the great service and getting us back on the trail!!!

Great service I broke my sxs clutch so took it in to see if they could fix it or if I could buy a new one. The guy had it fixed in 10 minutes and it was cheaper then a new clutch. So I was happy. Everyone was great and very helpful as always. I'll definitely stop back in and I highly recommend this place

Everyone wanted to add crazy additional pricing to their units. McCoy was straight pricing. Minus rebate and 399 doc fee. And taxes. The unit wasn’t priced high to make up for the difference either. Everyone their was great. Answered all questions. Didn’t try and force me to buy anything extra and respected my opinion. They have checked with me several times since the purchase and I am not extremely pleased with the buying process and the quality of my machine so far.

I ordered a set of side windows from these guys and it was shipped to me. When it showed up it got damaged somehow. They waisted no time to get me a replacement with out having to ship the damaged one back first. With in no time this was set in action. Quick communication within just a hour or so. This is a very good and impressive dealership that does care about customer experience. I don’t live in KY but I will be giving them my business now! Awesome people! Ya just don’t see this kinda service much any more. I’m happy!!!

It’s been 8 months since I bought from them - haven’t heard from them once (other than a reply to my email that asked about my negative review, with no helpful information given in return) worst dealership experience of my life. I wish I could give negative stars.Got a machine with no fuel (on E and blinking) and the employee giggled at me when I asked if it had fuel in it. Had to go buy a gas can and put gas in it to load/unload it. Was speaking with finance and walked out to look at the machine (took maybe 5-10 mins), then came back in and they were speaking with someone else so I had to sit on the stairs in the store for 30 minutes. They didn’t ask me to wait or anything, just ignored me after I came back in for 30 mins while speaking with another person. Didn’t feel welcome in the store and they didn’t seem to care about the sale. Also found a random loose bolt lying under the seat in my machine after they charged $399 for assembly, so that’s confidence inspiring. Gotta inspect the machine and see where it goes. Had already spent too much time and effort to walk out of the store or I would have. Edit: I also asked about a windshield and they told me it would be $544, but when I told them it was 399 online then it magically became 399.

They had a smoking deal on parts, sent them a text for further information. They replied and had an invoice sent to me right away for the parts I was looking for. Parts were shipped same day as payment. Great communication and fast service!

We drove down from Michigan for a 11 day quad ride through Hatfield and McCoy. We had a quad have a catastrophic failure and were a vehicle down. We went to McCoy Motor Sports and bought a 2023 Can Am x3. They quickly went through the paperwork with the bank and a few hours later we were back on the trails with a new side by side. Very friendly and professional service. Treated us like family.

Awesome experience. They have just about any Can-Am you want and was the only place that had what we wanted in stock. We drove all the way from Charleston WV. Well worth the long drive. If anyone’s looking for a new Can-Am go checkout them first. Plus they helped make our kids happy happy happy.

To everyone reading this review !! Hands down the best UTV dealer in the country !! I looked long and hard for a Can am X3 max turbo with smart shocks no dealer in my area ( Charlotte NC) had them or gave me a clue on when I could get one :( That said McCoys had several and reached out to me through Facebook and made it happen with ease !! I have to say everyone was a pleasure to deal with from Tristan my salesmans to Alisha the office manager and Kara the finance specialist... Everyone was kind, helpful, and appreciative of getting the business as true family owen business who cares does. I drove over 5 hours to pick up my new machine and would do it again no question. I'm not sure how they are getting all the best machines around but they do... Thanks again team McCoys Motor sports look forward to see you again soon !! As a 20 plus year business owner I highly recommend McCoy's Motor Sports !!

Traded in and bought sxs. Everyone was extremely nice and professional and did everything possible to help us. When purchased new sxs didn't have a long enough trailer and the guys spent over and hour making phone calls to find us a trailer to rent to get ours home, even one of the parts guys even offered to meet us half way the next day on his own time just to try to help us out. Thanks again for all the help

My 77yr old dad and my son got a 4wheeler from these guys a couple months ago. Within 5 hours of having the 4wheeler the hand brake bled off and took off over the hill flipping and hitting a tree. Messed it up bad. My son called them and told them what happened he took it in to their shop where they said my dad and son had to pay close to $6,000 for repairs. They would not honor the warranty for the 4wheeler and my son asked if they checked the hand set brake they told him that it had to be fixed before they could check it. I would rate these guys nothing but you have to rate at least one star. A couple of the employees were very rude .. I’ll make sure people know what happened to my dad and son at this place. BEWARE they don’t honor the warranty

Purchased a CanAm Commander 1000r in late January 23. It was raining/cold so no test ride. They delivered the SxS later that day for a fair fee. Anyway, they didn't really seem interested in the sale. While I had owned a 2014 Commander before, there were a lot of changes I was unaware but nothing was told to me. Strictly a purchase deal, in and out. There wasn't much to look at for extras like a windshield and nothing was mentioned about extra stuff. No mentioned amount clubs or UTV parks. Also was not told about maintenance or service. It's just this stuff that I thought odd. They never called after the sale to check on how things were going. The Commander was fine and I am totally pleased with it. Just thought it could have been a more personal experience.
