The dressing rooms were closed due to “staffing” issues, even though there were many employees just walking around or playing on their phones. not to mention there was a lady working the dressing rooms, still yet they were closed. i asked nicely if i could please try something on real quick, they told me i could buy all the clothes in my hand and return them if they didn’t fit. i explained i couldn’t afford that plus i live over an hour away. the employees were very very rude and it was embarrassing trying to try clothes on over top of my clothes. i asked the lady working the dressing rooms if i could try something on and she screamed at me, even though she was already standing in there? i definitely will not be giving this specific marshall’s location my business anytime soon, i’m very upset with how i was treated today.

Great merchandise at decent prices but they didn't have any buggies or baskets available, that's never fun for us customers. Almost all of the employees were standing around in small groups chatting when they could've been collecting carts, just my opinion tho.

The store wasn't too crowded and the air conditioning felt great walking in today. There was a large selection of items and the store looked fully stocked compared to times I had visited before and the racks looked picked through. Checking out went well with no issues. Their bathroom is also always nice and clean.

Love this store! You can find so many brand names in clothes, accessories, shoes, home goods & makeup/beauty products while getting them for highly discounted, affordable prices. The customer service is also really great. Highly recommend!

Just left here and there was only one register and at least ten people behind me. Plenty of employees but only one at the front. Prices are fair but it’s not worth it unless you have a lot of time to kill. I stood at least fifteen or twenty minutes in line, ridiculous!

It’s a good place to shop and they keep up with the trends I guess. But that’s not the issue here. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. They all have tissue paper covering the floors and there’s a awful smell as soon as you walk in, use the bathroom in Ulta instead.

I bought a pair of shoes before the shutdown happened for my mom. The shutdown happened. The shoes were too big. The shutdown ended. I tried to return or swap the shoes for a different size but was told I couldn't because it had been too long. The shoes have not been worn. I guess I will just donate them to goodwill.

This place had an ok selection but I think the one in Charlottesville VA is bigger so I’m comparing it to that one. It was a little disorganized and didn’t have much Boho options. The staff were absolutely amazing, kind and patient.

Love Marshalls, I wish they would have a bigger big and tall section for us big guys.......store was also a message but it was the first of the month......had really good customer service and the customer service representative I dealt with was very nice. Will definitely be coming back.

Messiest Marshall's store I've ever been in. Shoe dept was really a disaster! Shoes were so disorganized that I couldn't find my size and gave up. Check out line was really long. I finally asked them to call another checker but no one up front even acknowledged my request.
