Bought a tool from this store with a warranty but for some reason they wouldn't put it on my pro account. They said they did but didn't. On my 3rd time having to go back to the store to have them fix the problem that thing at the service desk wanted to give me an attitude cuz I asked her a question. After making 3 trips cuz of service desk incompetence, I should've been the one mad and after she wanted to talk to like I was stupid, I did get mad and just got a refund. It's unbelievable to see a store like lowes allowing employees to cost the store sales. I thought that's why stores like that existed, but apparently it's to give rude ppl a check for not doing their job correctly. Hope this new store manager does something about the atrocious customer service at that store.

Great and quick service. Lots of options and helpful employees. I love browsing and window shopping here. We’ve remodeled our house this past year, getting all our paint and flooring here. Beautiful choices!

I ordered a dewalt impact they shipped a toilet seat to my house instead of the impact called customer service and all I could get out of them after a hour long call was take the toilet seat to my local lowes to get my refund back couldn’t even order the impact Lowe’s really disappoints

I figured I'd give credit where credit is due. The customer service has greatly improved except for the customer service desk. I don't know what it is with those older women that work there but they want to interrogate me anytime I have to return something. I always have proof of purchase and I looked up the return policy for lowes. It states that if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to any lowes within 90 days. Well I've had those women always ask me if I bought it at another store and the reason they ask is because if I had bought it at another store they wouldn't accept it. They literally try to find any reason not to refund the purchase. They judge whether or not your reason for returning the item is good enough for them and if it's not then no return. Absolutely worst customer service desk I've ever had to deal with.

I love the different styles of lamps,light fixtures. They dont have a lot but do have some that are nice. There prices are a little high for lowes. Sometimes its hard to find someone to help you. Some employees are very polite.

Definitely need to keep their parking lot cleaner. Had needles laying all over it, so watch your little ones for sure. Also, I wasn't happy that they don't offer a military or first responder discount on lumber products. Someone needs to get a Home Depot put in for competition. I personally like wise county lowes better much cleaner and Definitely more helpful.

I think I live here... hahaLove this place. Great workers, always help! Great deals & great price match if they run out of an item. They gave me a better item or larger for same price as cheaper... if I drive down here after calling & item is now gone, same price match! Some how they work with me to make me happy, even if it's a 10% discount! Love this place!!!

I love my Pikeville Lowe's team and they are fantastic, but the outside contractors and external customer service reps are terrible. I was told by the contractor representative making my template that my countertops would be ready for installation in 10-12 days (Ceasar Stone & 3213 fabricators). I called on the 12th day and they hadn't even started fabrication! I was told it would be an additional 2 - 6 weeks before installation!

Excellent Lowes branch storefront. Employees were very chatty and polite. I witnessed an employee help a very elderly gentleman get assistance and the gentleman wasn't that kind to staff in return sadly. Employees were nothing but gracious to all customers during my shopping visit. Highly recommended!

I’m so thankful Trevor and Curtis were working the day we showed up back in April. They were a lifesaver that day! Everything had been going wrong and we had been having a rough week. We weren’t happy with the original boards we had bought for our porch at a different location and brought them to Pikeville to exchange for a different type. Turns out Pikeville didn’t have the type of boards we bought in their inventory, but after checking with a manager (didn’t get her name), they were able to take back the original boards and helped us select a different option. Thank you so much Trevor and Curtis and Pikeville Lowe’s for an awesome experience!

Shelves are a mess! Improperly and incorrectly stocked. One example is I was looking in the bolts bins for a certain size. The bins are ALL mixed with incorrect bolts, washers, and plastic shelving items opposed to galvanized steel bolts as posted on ALL bins.Requested a third-party company hired by Lowe's come out to my residence and give me a quote for installation of two screen doors. The company never showed. Although this is a third-party installation company, Lowe's is responsible, and they lost out on the sale of two screen doors. The ONLY reason I give two stars opposed to one is that the associate staff members are fantastic.

Have been going to Lowes for years and I have always been satisfied but this time I bought a Refrigerator and had it delivered the delivery truck was on time but refused to bring it up my steps and getting my refund was a terrible experience I finally got it but I had to go to three stores before I received my refund. I am not sure that I will ever shop at Lowes again !

Go somewhere else if you can, but in this area, desperation leads you here. Nothing like a sales associate walking away from you when you walk up to the desk. I found a local used appliances place and they will be getting my 1,000 bucks. Corporate Lowe's is running down every Lowe's store in America as it is. Learn how to sell something.

For years, the local population has had an on going joke about Lowe's, we always called it Slowe's. Finding someone to help you with anything in this store, is the most mind numbing hassle of any place it town. On several occasions, while turning down the isle, using the terrible signs hanging up, that are vague at best, I have watched employees spot me turning into the isle, and walking out quickly, as to avoid doing anything. That is not an exaggeration.While there is basically anything you could need for home improvement there, the prices are outrageous. It's like you have to be upper-middle class, to shop here. Sometimes the prices aren't just high, they are shockingly high, and if no other store has what you're looking for, you're left with, spending what little money you have to get it at Lowe's, or doing without.If you can, I would recommend going basically anywhere else to find what you're looking for, otherwise, you may have to take out a loan to purchase it here.Terrible prices, terrible customer service. Avoid if possible. 1/5

Lowe’s - PikevilleCustomer service is a -10.We bought a shower back wall and a few other items. I got someone to get the shower wall down but he left it on a flat buggy for me to roll out. The load was too wide to fit through the displays so I asked a male employee if they could not take the load up front for me. He gave a big sigh and said he was waiting on 3 people ahead of me. I ended up moving 3 displays myself. Finally I got an associate to finish taking it up front.The poor guy at the cash register said he had been dumped on 3-4 times and could not get anyone to come up front to help people load.I paid for my items and pulled around. Mom went in once after a long wait, no one was bringing the buggy out. I went in later and it was sitting there so I wheeled it out me self. It was obviously not going to fit so a nice couple from Belfry helped us cut it out of the box and we got it on that way. I went in and asked for string and we secured it.I was mad as far. I tried calling the manager a couple times. Held many minutes and eventually was I guess just hung up on. Never got to talk to anyone.I will NEVER go in that store again!

Took off work for my delivery said they would be here no later then 3. At 4 I call said they tried to deliver and nobody was home and they have pictures of my home. Well I have cameras all around my home and they was no delivery people came here. They was supposed to call me back to let me know if they was coming back to deliver never did call and they put me on hold when I call. I should have know better to do business with SLOWS. They need some better workers in pikeville ky SLOWS.

My daughter and sister went to Lowes to purchase 6 - 4X4 block. It is shame when you are first told those are out back, purchase and drive around there will be two guys to assist. These are in store, but the cashier informs you there is no one to assist with loading these, he is the only one.My point is there were two if these deck blocks were located outside but only the cashier inside.I am very disappointed with customer service......would not recommend this store to anyone. If you go I recommend you take your own muscle.

Pikeville Lowe's store is a great home and garden store. Staff has always been helpful and friendly whenever I needed their help with anything. The store is clean, well arranged, and stocked. I have shopped online and picked up in store a couple times as well with no problems at all. Overall, I like this store and think you will too! Thanks!
