Yesterday my girlfriends and I were in the charm isle browsing through the section, when all of a sudden an employee came up to us and very rudely asked if we were going to purchase the charms we were sorting through. When we were trying to explain to her that we are still looking, she angrily told us that she was about to get off work and that she needed to sort them before she left. There were 5 charms out of place.. Yes 5, and I know this because in order for her to leave us alone, I picked them up and held them in my hands. Needless to say, if you want to look for anything there, make sure you don’t browse for too long, and quickly find the items you need or the employees will scold you like a child so they can leave.

Close to thirty people waiting in line to check out. Only one cashier working. Three other workers standing at register area talking but not offering any assistance. We asked if there was a manager on duty and was told no manager was currently working. So sad that Hobby Lobby doesn't care enough to take care of their customers. They just lost a $300 sale. This happened at 4:30 pm on October 25th if anyone cares enough to review the cameras.

I love this Hobby Lobby! Always stocked and organized. Only problem is during peak seasons or peak times they will have LONG lines! So try to go different times if that bothers you.

Great Christian atmosphere to shop. Great selection of art and craft supplies. Nice decor selections. Most of the decor in my man cave was purchased there. Awesome sales! Make sure to get their 40% off an item coupon on the website.

My family loves a trip to Hobby Lobby. This store is always well stocked and clean. They're doesn't seem to be as many employees on the sales floor as in some other big box stores, but they're easy enough to locate if you need help and are always polite. As with all Hobby Lobby stores the pricing is a bit high unless you're shopping one of the current sale categories. Located in a shopping center with plenty of parking, but the traffic is a bit difficult here at times.

Here's where I bought a huge red platter that I told the people in my head that I would cut off James Moore's head with his own hatchet and send it to SCARLETT INGRID JOHANSSON and see if she could watch the Superbowl through my eyes like he told me he was going to do in my home at 616 Elmwood Drive in Richmond KENTUCKY because of the attached photo and I'm the real father of Cosmo Jost and Colin Jost doesn't want to admit it that he knows that I'm the father and keeps telling Scarlett Ingrid Johansson that I need to die so she hired a team of people from the CIA and the FBI to cover everything up and put these cameras in my eyes so they could see everything I see and then I would never be able to do anything ever except look like a lonely idiot and never be able to prove anything to anyone ever.

Hobby Lobby loves to put up signs saying things are on sale at merchandise that is not on sale. Very Very confusing, and in my opinion, deceptive. Today we shopped there and bought 3 items we thought were on sale, however when we got to the register, they rang up full price. That is dishonest as far as I'm concerned, and if you have to trick me in order to get my to buy something, then I don't need to shop your store. I won't be back. Nice store, great selection, high prices, deceptive advertising. That's why you get 2 stars.

A great place to find all your craft and hobby supplies. They are clean and prices are affordable. The bathrooms are clean. And the customer service is nice and helpful. Very convenient parking and close to many other locations so you can fulfill your shopping needs all in one spot.

I shop at this store often and spend a lot of money there but I was treated very poorly today by the front cashiers . They was like 6 cashiers standing there in a circle just talking and only 1 was checking people out on number 1 she had long blonde hair and acted like she was high on something took her 10 minutes to give the lady her change they said 6 was open so I went over there then she said I’m not open I told them I wanted to see a mgr so this lady came up there and checked me out. Never said not one word I’m sorry or nothing. I have a pinched nerve in my hip and leg and it was killing me . I spent 147.62 all the workers that was just standing there was just looking at me like I was crazy. I think you all need a new mgr period. I’m very disappointed in this store . Tommy Joseph

Hobby Lobby over all is a descent place to shop for hobby and art supplies, home decor, flowers, and holiday decorations and supplies. To get a descent deal you can not buy at regular price, unless you buy one item with the 40% off coupon. If you buy out of the weekly sales categories, the prices get a little better. This location has never had enough employees running registers on any of the trips I have made to it. I have only seen up to two registers open at any given time, and the lines to check out and leave normally have 5 to 10 people in them. And I usually only see maybe 1 or 2 employees working the floor. Other than the lack of service and long wait to check out, this store is descent. The store is normally clean and items are kept in stock.

The way they had there Christmas stuff on sale confused everyone. They had signs up telling us how much was taken off but had in fine print that they had already marked it down but the way the sign read you took the discount off the price marked. People was not friendly at all.

Such a beautiful store where you can find almost any item for crafting you're looking for. The prices are a bit steep but if you get a coupon or watch their sales you can get a reasonable price.

Hobby lobby is the ultimate craft store. This particular store is in a new mall and is an all modern facility. It's spacious and well-lighted.You could literally browse in here for hours.That picture framing service has over 100 frame styles to choose from including shadow boxes and includes professional matting.The biggest section is flower arrangement materials with over three aisles of individual flowers and anything you can think of to make a professional arrangement.The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly and willing to help you find what you're looking for so if it's a particular craft you're after this is a place to be. I have never experienced long lines at the checkout.Restroom facilities were also spacious clean and modern.

Excellent selection, pricing. Cashier's were SLOWWW! The best thing about Hobby lobby is that you can get the weekly coupon and they can scan it off your phone, There is always the clearance selection too!

Always a joy shopping at hobby lobby if you know what your looking because you'll never find on floor customer service. Ever. All the staff is at the front of the store every single time I shop there. Other than that. Excellent.

Hobby Lobby always receives a 5 Star review from me, no matter which location I’ve visited I’m pleased with the variety of items available for my arts, crafts, decorating, gifting or general home needs.The prices are fair and with a wide range of sales occurring daily, plus the value of the 40% off coupon we can always find an item that fits our budget.

Its priced average but the problem is the lack of registers. I've had several trips here where I ended up leaving without a purchase because the lines were all 12 people long. Not even an exaggeration.
