Was treated like I wanted to rob the place followed me around and called manager up when I was paying! I work I don't steal maybe if store was stocked better I could find what I wanted. And nothing's wrong with looking around!! Unbelievable never been arrested in my life just because I'm not local don't mean I'm a criminal. Never been treated so badly in my life. Where's that southern hospitality I heard about? Never will I return

I love my Family Dollar!! Nice things with good prices!! I got 12 Christmas ornaments for $1.00 I bought 8!! I will be getting more if they last long enough because they are really beautiful...gold, silver and reds. I can't have a tree inside bc of my cats but I will be decorating outside. Family Dollar always has nice stuff. I could shop for hours there!! I also love the digital coupons!! Thank you

Found several food items that had been opened, and someone had taped it back with scotch tape. The store is nasty. Looks like it never gets swept or mopped. Also the lady up front is so rude. The way she treats customers is so wrong. You lost a weekly customer because of her. I Didn't get her name. But she is short, heavy set and dark hair.

I went in on my lunch break to grab a few things and ended up in a line 6 people deep. 1 employee was working the register while 3 other employees sat at the computer talking at an excessive volume about how this particular store was safe from shut down because of its location but Virgie wasn't, and even delved into Game Stops that have recently closed and how nasty the carpet was in other locations. None of the three offered to help their coworker. By the time she checked out 1 person 3 more had come up behind me so there were 9 people in line, 1 register open with 1 employee working, and 3 just standing around.When I got to the register I asked the employee behind the counter if the manager was among those employees and for his name. She confirmed and gave me his name. What lazy management and a terrible example to his employees!

It's a rare occasions we visit this Family Dollar because it's always something. Today with 3 people on the clock, only 1 was working. There's one piddling with stuff in the store and the other's been talking to a customer for a good 5 minutes at the end of an aisle. The one actually working has a line of 7 people, the phone is ringing, customers coming in saying an outside clothing rack has blown over blocking the door! Meanwhile, someone yells can she get some help, the talker moves behind the end cap to continue her conversation out of sight, the other comes running and takes care of the rack outside and then goes back to her piddling. The cashier is apologizing left and right, not your fault; YOU were working as fast as you could. We left with 3 still in line waiting. 2 registers open, only one had someone working. ALWAYS a circus!

The worst store ever. Maggots in a cooler that broke down on the hamburger meat that was previously frozen and was completely thawed out, open on one part, and room temperature warm.

The Employees of this family dollar is Disrespect to the costumers that have a medical every work needs to be fired and all now work there I will never go back there again that store is Despicable and a decrease.

This store has signs posted that items are 50% off, when I got to the register, the items were not on sale as advertised. This caused a lot of time to be wasted trying to pick out items to purchase. If I had known the items were not going to be discounted, I would not have spend any time looking at them. This store really pissed me off.
