This location needs self-checkouts in the worst way! There is almost a long line no matter when you arrive! Boxes of merchandise and carts block most of the isles inside the store. The bathrooms have been blocked off for years now! Be careful of the sketchy people that roam around inside and outside of the store!This store does have a good variation of useful items. The Pikeville location is usually well stocked on the most basic items. The Dollar Tree can be a good place to shop, but still needs a bit more improvement.

I am a senior citizen on blood pressure medication. I frequently need to use the restroom while out shopping. This was my first time in this Dollar Tree. I was excited to see what they had. When I came into the store I asked, "Do you have a restroom?" If she had said no, our policy doesn't allow it I would have been understanding. Instead, the cashier said their restroom was out of order. Do not insult my intelligence! There's no way employees can work 4, 6, or 8 hours without a restroom. My first and last time in this store.

No restrooms and have had no restrooms for 6 months or so , I don't know if they just don't like to check them periodically or if it's just issues with people abuse , but regardless if they do business they are required to have a restroom . They have good deals and offer refrigerated items and have a good selection of items for any occasion

The manager located in Pikeville, KY, is sorry! I have a family member who worked there briefly and the times I transported my family member to the store at 7 am, the manager was never there to open the store and she always wanted to blame other employees for her slacking. I never was a customer at the store but maybe once or twice and with the likes of that type of management I am glad it never appealed to me.

I usually have good service at these stores but today I needed help to find some glue because I broke my glasses. I asked for help and when the man was helping me look for it he was called to the register and didn't come back. I kept looking but couldn't find it and went to check out with the items I did have. At the register he asked if I found the glue and I told him no that I didn't have anymore time to look for it. When I got to the car, my husband was telling me two workers were standing outside smoking. I know everyone needs a break but when people are standing in line to check out, that's not really a good time to take a break. Disappointed in today's visit.

The pikeville kentucky location is the worst place to shop. They will have 3 people working with only one running the register and a line of customers as long as the building. If they get a manager in there that knows what he/she is doing, it may be a decent place to shop.

Love the dollar tree. This one has so much, including some refrigerated foods. You can get in and out fast. Only bad thing is that the place is often a mess and it can be hard to find what you are looking for and they never seem to have the same stuff twice. But hey it's all a dollar or less.

I love Dollar Tree. I'm a frequent shopper all across the country. Travel for business. I've never seen a Dollar Tree store in such disarray. Totally not the norm.

They need to get someone who knows how to manage a store back. The isles were a jumbled mess, one register open with 15 people in line, boxes all over the place, trash in the floor and on the shelves. Very poor management.

Nice items for a $1.25. yes with inflation it's no longer a dollar tree anymore. They have items $1.25 to $5 now

Messy messy messy!!! Never have what u are looking for because its still in the boxes blocking the isles! You can't even push a buggy down the isle because of items covering the floor! Where is management?? Workers just stand around on the phone!
