I like how they serve the white gravy with the chicken tenders- but it has no flavor. I recommended adding pepper! Service is pretty nice- but one time our fries were cold so they gave us a coupon for free fries- then we turned it in next time we went and the coworker was complaining that they “couldn’t accept it” because they couldn’t read which associate signed it? Like, honey, that is not my fault. They did end up accepting it anyway tho, haha. Blizzards are Amazing!

Great food but they've messed up my order twice now in a week... I try not to make anything complicated when ordering and I never ever ever am rude to a fast food employee... most of the time I won't leave any negative reviews on anything like this... but the Manger today was so rude. They got my shake wrong through the drive through, which is totally understandable for how busy they were and mistakes happen. I took the shake and receipt back in to exchange it for the right one and I was super nice and trying to be understanding but the manager who I spoke to, who was running register at the time, was so rude no matter my apology as well. There's no need to be rude... I don't understand why people wanna be this way. 😕

Sadly was a quite filthy store. Found hair on our mustard bottle, every bottle on the tables near us was filthy. Had to choose secondary drink options thanks to primary choices being empty in the machine. Definitely eat elsewhere. Would not recommend this location under any circumstance until they clean up their act.

I want to say, Thank you so much. I had the best experience. I ordered a ice cream cake on Door Dash. I'm from another state and was trying to make my boyfriends birthday amazing. I ended up calling this store because the cake was nothing like I ordered, finding out that it was ordered through another store.I apologized for wasting thier time and Jennifer (Cake Manager) went above and beyond to help me. I was so frustrated with myself and she was amazing with me and the situation. Things got figured out and she was very kind.Thank you again, for your amazing customer service and being so sweet.

It’s Sunday January 29 at 1pm. My daughter and I arrived at approximately 12:40pm and ordered two chicken strip baskets and a banana split. The chicken strip baskets came out quickly but i had forgotten to ask for ketchup (since they no longer have packs of it out for the public since these things are like $.03 per pack and they can’t have something that valuable just sitting out *eye roll*)I waited 4 minutes to get ketchup after one of the two total employees seen me standing there within seconds but proceeded to ignore me. After receiving the ketchup me and my daughter proceeded to eat.about halfway through our meal I asked for the banana split we ordered thinking it would take a few minutes for them to make and serve. Well 10 minutes later after our meal was complete and a 5 year old was restless wondering where her banana split was….it arrived!This is the worst experience at DQ. We paid a lot of money for 6 pieces of chicken, gravy and fries but we don’t come to DQ because of the prices. There are plenty of cheaper options out there but we expect to be served in a timely manner if we are going to a fast food restaurant.

Ordered a ice cream cake for my son and couldn't find anyone that could do a Jason themed and went and asked if the could do it and I have to say that the cake was beautiful and turned out better than I expected. Big thanks to Jen at dairy queen in Pikeville KY. My son loved his birthday cake. Will definitely be back for more birthday cakes in the future.

Went through Drive thru ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches with bacon and small hot fudge sunday.Told us to pull up waited 10 min for 2 sandwiches and didn't get order correct. Don't deserve 1 star ..

Got 2 4-Piece chicken strip baskets (with drinks) at this Dairy Queen, and the price came out to $22. Both were charged as $9.59. Nowhere have I seen this meal cost this high. On the dairy queen website, they're no more than $6. Almost $10 more than we should have paid.

Service was ok but just about with any fast food place it all depends on the workers. My last visit I ordered 3 peanut butter milkshakes and asked for them to be thick after waiting in line for 20 min we got our order and the milkshakes were completely watered down it was horrible I dont think I'll try again for a while.

I think DQ in town has the absolute best Deluxe Cheeseburger $5 meal in this city, the best homemade taste, the best creamy cheese, dill pickles and the right amount of onion, best hamburger bun, great fries, and great peanut butter sundae plus they always have my cherry coke and it actually tastes like it!!

Their food is not very good. Of course they have the same food as any other Dairy Queen but their food has something different. One time I got a Blizzard from there and it tasted the same as any other but there was some kind of twist because about 4 miles on up the road we had to pull over so I could puke. It was humiliating. I hope that I never have to stop there again.

Bad DQ! Often the place is dirty, with tables and floors needing attention. The bathroom often lack supplies. Tell me how are the employees to wash their hands before returning to work when there is no soap in the restroom? If all this isn't enough, they almost never have what I want. They are always out, or the machine is broken, or the person who makes it isn't in.The help can be somewhat smart mouthed. When I ordered something and they were our of it, I complained, The young lady (I'm using the term rather loosely here) told me that they make the waffle cones on Wed. and maybe I should come n on Wed's instead of Fri.'s.Since this is small town we have very limited options, But if I had another option, I would take it.I would think the management would want to do something about these issues, but since they have continued for over a year now, I guess the management doesn't care.
