My baby has been a problem child at other groomers before, so much so that they ask I not bring her back, but she is one of those breeds that need a LOT of grooming, so I was really stressed about where I was going to be able to take her. Broad bottom was great before I scheduled with them and told me about their facility, process, and experience with pets with anxiety. I scheduled the appointment and they did a great job! Best haircut my girl has ever had, she even got the hair in her ears plucked and a cute little bandana. I really appreciate the patience in working with my girl and guiding me in next steps to keep grooming positive for my fur baby. We will definitely be back!

Let me start off by saying my dogs are my babies. They had never been overnight with anyone except me/my husband. I was a nervous wreck about leaving them with anyone, to the point that I second guessed just trying to take them with me on vacation. After speaking with numerous people about Broad Bottom Kennel, I decided to leave my dogs in their care. I don't regret it for a second! My dogs loved them (and my dogs don't like many people lol). I got pictures and updates numerous times a day. They allowed them to stay together In one large kennel but still took the time out to separate them and let them eat alone. When I went to pick them up, they were happy and playful and wanted to lick all over the the ones that had been taking care of them. They really put my mind at ease by answering all my questions, giving me cell numbers to text and check on them, keeping me updated the whole week, etc. I wouldn't want to leave my babies with anyone else! Great people, great prices. They all seem to love what they do.

Very clean kennels, knowledgeable & caring staff. Reasonable rates & discounts if u have 2 dogs or more. Doggy door so dogs can go outside in a protected fenced area. I plan to take my dog there again when I have to go out of town.

Great! They did a wonderful job on my Morkie, Betsie...I will definitely be returning again. Highly recommend to anyone. My dog gets evry nervous in these atmospheres. She did great before and after. Really put me at ease. And was rather quick as well. Thanks for taking care of my baby!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Broad Bottom. My poodle, instead of having anxiety like she did at previous groomers where she would cower and "piddle", prances right in like she owns the place. It makes such a difference when you and your fur baby can feel relaxed.

They kept my dog Rambo for 10 days. He came home healthy and fed. His kennel was also clean when I picked him up. This is the 3rd time boarding him and I've been satisfied every time

The lady that spoke to us was very nice, she showed us everything and explained about boarding and grooming. We have an appointment to have our dog Lily stay there a couple days and groomed. Thank you

We just moved to Pikeville from Oklahoma with 3 German Shepherd dogs (GSDs), two males and one girl. The boys are “chill,” but the girl we call the “black beast.” The wife set up a bath with Ms. Kuri for the boys. She assured my wife she could handle them and even owned a GSD. The friendly confidence she conveyed on the telephone was promising, but “proof was in the pudding.” Upon arrival at Broad Bottom Grooming & Boarding (BBG&B), Ms. Kuri and another employee, Ms. Laranda, delivered on what was promised. Their customer service was exemplary, and they handled the boys like champs! So much so that we’ve decided to board the boys this weekend. We plan to up the ante, take the “black beast” to their daycare, and hopefully board her with the boys soon. We are very pleased with the service received so far at BBG&B and extend our strongest recommendation to them.

We had to board our dog here for a few months while we were in temporary housing. Everyone took amazing care of our dog and loved on her so much. We were able to visit her and take her outside to play whenever we could get out there. Highly recommend!
