Outstanding experience.One can tell that Pewee Valley Veterinarian Center is a family established business that cares about their clients unlike the corporate owned veterinarian clinic in our area.Dr Loster was very patient with my Belgium Malinois that was extremely anxious during her exam. He gave me advise on how to work with her on some training tips to make her less anxious during vet visits. He spent time with us that you wouldn’t get in a corporate office.Thank you Dr. Loster

We were very impressed with the staff at PeeWee Valley Veterinary. Dr. Ross took her time to get to know us and to talk about our kitties. She even remembered the name of our older cat, who had never been to this clinic before. She made accommodations for us, as we were not able to corral the kittens to bring them in for their examination prior to surgery. When their surgery is scheduled we can bring them in the night before with no extra charge. She has over 20 years of experience, and you can tell that she is very passionate and understanding.

We had a great experience at the vet this week! I loved how they take you back to a room as soon as you get there so you don’t have to wait with other animals in the waiting room. The doctor and nurses took great care of our dog and we were in and out very quickly.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The vet, whom I had not met before, took her time, explained things and answered all my questions. I gave been going there for 6 years and always have had wonderful experiences.

Except for the news on the dog it was a very pleasant experience it was a good experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr Ross was very professional and explained things well. Good experience.

Amazing Vet❤️Both Dr Ross & Dr Loster have been incredible to my pets. They have an emergency line you can call after hrs or on weekends for emergencies thats been invaluable to us. Dr Loster has gotten out of bed and met us at the office in the middle of the night on 2 separate occasions when we had to put an older pet down. Wouldnt go anywhere else and I appreciate they are not some large vet chain owned/ managed by corporate greed like most vets these days.

I took my dog in Wednsday. I was told the test results would be back on Thursday & they would call me with the results. As of Friday 3:30, I still had not received a call so I had to call the clinic back.
