We have been taking our 2 Shichon babies to Family Farm Kennel for grooming for over a year. Malia and her staff are always positive, gentle and professional. My pups are always happy to see her! We recently used their boarding services for the first time and, as expected, were highly pleased. We got several pictures while we were away and never questioned the level of care they were receiving. Family Farm Kennel is Annie and Miller approved!❤❤

Highly recommend Family Farm Kennel. We have been boarding and grooming with her for two plus years. Our dogs have always had the very best care. Her facility is so clean and spacious. Malia always send updates along with photos while we are away. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and always take great care of our pets.

We absolutely love Malia and Family Farm Kennel! My family and I are so thankful for them, they are fantastic with Sky, I have such peace of mind when we go away and have her boarded at the kennel, the pictures we receive of her everyday are a great person touch too. If you are looking for a Kennel Or grooming for your pets I highly recommend them, you won’t find a more loving place!

I had never boarded my dogs before. I was nervous. I’d seen and heard great reviews of this place so I gave them a call and went and took a visit. Malia happily showed me around the entire facility. I like what I saw and boarded my dogs for two and a half weeks!! I was a wreck when I dropped them off ugly cry and all. Malia sent photos of the pups having fun and enjoying their own vacay. It helped me relax to enjoy mine! My dogs were there so long I had her groom them so they’d be all pretty when I took them home and wouldn’t have to worry about bathing them. Malia and her family do so much for the dogs that other kennels charge extra for. I highly recommend Family Farm Kennel if you are in need of boarding your dogs.

I can not brag enough about my experience with family farm kennel. My dog has had very bad grooming experiences which lead to some anxiety. Family farm kennel is able to help him relax and they do an AMAZING job with him. He always looks so handsome when we pick him up. We have also boarded our dog there multiple times during trips. They took the best care of him and would send me pictures to let me know that he is okay. He had a great time there. They treat him like family. We HIGHLY recommend their services.

Family Farm Kennel always does a great job with my senior (cranky) dog. They have boarded him for just one night or as much as a week and I never have to worry! They also do a great job grooming him, something he is not fond of. They’ve groomed my mom’s miniature schnauzer a few times when they visit and they do a fantastic job! It’s hard to find a groomer who can do a schnauzer cut. I highly recommend Malia and her team!

Our dog is our second child, she also has extreme separation anxiety. Malia has always made us feel good and safe about leaving our baby with her. She goes above and beyond to send us photos and videos so we can actually see that our dog is doing great. I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone but Malia and her wonderful family and staff with our baby.

Malia and her staff take care of both of my Scotties. Their cuts/trims are always top of the line. Our oldest sashays right in with no problem. Our youngest is a little shy. Malia always comforts her and puts her at ease. She also takes care of my extended family’s pets. It goes without saying how much we love and trust this kennel. You can’t go wrong with this facility!!!

We won't take Sierra anywhere else! Being a rescue from a hoarding situation and spending way too long at the shelter, we were worried about boarding Sierra anywhere, but we quickly found out she didn't travel well either. Malia was recommended to us by a friend who also has a quirky dog. Daily photos while we were gone quickly put our mind at ease. Sierra now gets really excited when we turn onto their road, it's pretty clear she enjoys it there. I love that we don't worry about her at all, and for just a little extra she gets a bath and a nail trim too. I highly recommend her to anyone needing to travel without their dog.

They do a wonderful job, and my large dog does well there. They can groom, etc as well. I am very particular re: petcare when out of town. I highly recommend Malia and all at FFK. Weve been using them for over a year now and have had zero concerns.

We have two very active dogs, one is a year and the other only 10 months. This was their first boarding experience and we wanted to make sure they were somewhere that would allow them a lot of play time. This is also our first time using Family Farm. We were extremely pleased with their care! We were sent photos during our trip and updates. We definitely will use them again.

At one time I would have given Family Farm Kennel the highest rating but no longer. Recently two of my bully breed dogs had a serious fight in the play yard at Family Farm Kennel. It was a fluke accident where one dog surprised another and the fight ensued. No people were injured and my dogs had minor injuries. Rather than discussing it like adults to determine if a situation like this could be prevented in the future, we were abruptly and rudely expelled. Malia Toon made it very clear there was no room for discussion and my dogs were no longer welcome. I find this behavior to be unprofessional and unacceptable. No matter how domesticated dogs are, they are still animals and unfortunately dog fights do happen. It doesn’t necessarily mean the dogs are bad. In this case it means that the Family Farm staff is ill-equipped to deal with a fight situation. In my opinion, a kennel worker should always carry a spare leash and marine horn to break up fights. This was not the case at Family Farm. Very disappointed and sad to have been kicked out with no discussion.

I drive 25 miles out of my way to take my dog to this facility. My dog doesn’t trust too many people but she responds very positively when I drop her off here. When I pick her up from a long weekend she smells fresh ... they don’t make them stay behind cages all day. The animals are exercised and loved on so well. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Ally. ❤️ Well worth the drive !!

If you care about your dogs like I do, this is the place for you! Family Farm Kennel goes above & beyond their “job”. They are very professional, keep to the schedule, & the dogs look beautiful. I don’t know how Malia does, but all the dogs are smiling!

We stopped by for a tour before we left our 2 pups. The facility met all our requirements: clean, safe, organized, well staffed, and looked like fun for our fur babies. Our pups have stayed there and came home happy and healthy. Can definitely recommend.

The only place I have ever left my dogs. They love it there! The whole family helps with the furbabies. They play ball and walk the dogs on the farm. It is such a great place and she grooms too.
