Place was great for years till the pig faced woman with the horrible makeup and scary eyebrows arrived. Overly rude to any female customer that enters the store. Get RID of that thing, she is awful for business. Never going there again, and our family has been patrons for many years. PS: Don't put her in Cowboy's across the road, please. That place has had the best service for ever as well, she will only drive customers away.

Store is clean, well stocked, but night shift worker on Sat Sept 2nd is rude. Can't stand rude people who work in customer service. (I have worked in customer service for 17 years). No matter how crappy your day is you smile and great customers, at the end of transaction give receipt, and say thank you for coming. Not stare at you the entire time you walk from gas pump, and follow you around the freaking store. Then when customer asks price of item they want to know actual price not the words there really expensive (not for worker to decide) . As well as when a customer says thank you have a good night... Ignoring them will only help the store lose customers. I'm only giving 1 more chance...

I left some business cards & right off the back they already knew of some folks that may be in need of my services! I actually live about 12 miles away from this station. However, I try to plan my fuel stops for when I'm in the area. This place has good gas prices and some really downhome friendly attendants. Great place to get your gas and convenience needs.

There two Cowboy's at the intersection of Kentucky Highways 146 and 153. The comments here pertain to the location on the West side of Highway 153.This facility is open 24 hours every day. The Cowboy's on the other side of the road is not.This is one of four fuel stations in the immediate vicinity of Interstate-71, exit 28. Two of them are Cowboy's and the other two are Pilot truck stops, so the competition isn't apparently very intense.Gasoline prices at all four stations are always the same and tend to be a little higher than in Eminence and Shelbyville. Sometimes significantly higher, but usually lower than in LaGrange, Campbellsburg, Bedford or Carrollton.The pump islands are a bit close together and access a little difficult when they're busy. And some customers tend to leave vehicles at the pumps while they go into the store to shop or socialize, adding to the congestion.The pay at the pumps often do not provide receipts, requiring a trip inside, then standing in line at the counter. A real inconvenience and aggravation.Three grades of gasoline are available in addition to Diesel fuel, racing fuel and kerosene.The store had a fair selection of necessities, junk food, non alcoholic beverages, and some general merchandise but hardly qualifies as a grocery.A modest selection of pizza, pre-made sandwiches and hot ready to eat food is available. OK, I suppose, if you're really hungry and in a hell of a hurry. Two large picnic tables in front of the store are popular lite night gathering places.The employees are friendly and helpful.The facility has seen a good many years of use but is reasonably clean, the inventory is well stocked.Open 24 hours, credit and debit cards accepted. Appears to be accessible to handicapped patrons.

Food is trash the employees hate customers and their job so service is terrible. Asked for a fish sandwich and it took them 45 minutes to make it. If you’re not one of the regulars you can forget it.

Ever since it has turned into Valero two of the pumps have been out of order. None of the window washing buckets had any solution in them and I didn't get a receipt, all in one visit. What a joke

Forget this place. 7.50 for a crummy little burger and a few tater wedges. The glare i got from cashier made me feel very unwelcome also.
