Had been getting dz a there for years ... the original people that ran it were all about customer service. I was buying 2 to 6 tons a month at times. The prices kept going up up up. Has gotten to where bag price at rk is less than bulk ... but then my last charge for bulk was at bag price ... 3 times in a row, I have picked up feed, and a third of it is powder. When mention of yeah, our grinder has a bad part. They know and do not tell you. I live an hour plus from them ... thier answer was just bring the 2000lbs back and we will repellet it. When asked who was paying for the gas for 3 trips ... "we will work something out." When I went back to get it, they wanted me to pay for the bagged pellets to hold me over until they could repellet it as their way of working something out. When I asked where," Is the work something out" for rhe 150 miles of gas and my time compensated??? Well, I can see you are just unable to be satisfied, and you need to take your business elsewhere... was the response of the manager. I thought wow your the one expecting me to pay for your mistakes ... when I got home, they never repelleted the layer pellets. Powder from hell. Rk is cheaper by the bag on all the feed as it turns out. They did me a favor. Thanks for being rude and hostile, saving me 45 minutes in time and money.

Luttrull feed has the lowest prices around and the best feed for my birds. My hens layed consistently all year including the winter. I like knowing that I drive by the farms where my birds feed comes from.
