This place , violated my rights. They said somebody called several times saying I was up there stealing stuff putting stuff in my wife's purse. I literally wrap it the seat belt around the handles of my wife purse. That way nobody can run up and take off with it. They said somebody called up there so they called the police. The police surrounded me in a aisle. They searched me and my wife in front of everybody and as a small business owner I feel like my reputation is tarnished because they're anti-theft guy didn't do his job and investigate. He just automatically called the cops and made sure that they searched me and my wife which is embarrassing in front of everybody, didn't take us to a room, did it right in the aisle. And then when they realized there was nothing on us or anything that was stolen ... the two police officers, one was a girl. One was a guy. They was a very young. Try to get me trespassed off the property.for nothing just cause I was upset , that they searched me in front of everybody and this is a small town..... I will be touching on this even more. I'm calling corporate and I will be contacting a lawyer, I done playing with Walmarts games . I spend all my money in this little town store and they violate me and my wife's rights just because they said somebody called up there. Hearsay is not a crime. I can't violate people's rights because hearsay. My best friend is a manager at Walmart and I know for a fact they're not allowed to search people in the middle of aisles in front of everybody.

Lazy, rude, and no customer service qualities whatsoever. You ask people for help and they act like it is a big deal. Asked 4 different employees for help not a single one did. I will never shop at this establishment again… Walmart do better or have better management to teach employees about customer service!

This is seriously the worst Walmart in Kentucky, and probably in the entire United States. They are always on their phone, rude beyond words, and would rather do anything but do their job. This also includes management. BUT, A big thank you to a young lady named Peyton. She is always willing to help and she is very nice, And on top of that, she goes above and beyond to do a great job. My wife and I always try to go to her check out if possible. 10 Stars for Peyton. Zero stars for the other 99% of employees

Good store with lots of items that are not available in my area. Also alot of items for about anything on clearance. But the only down fall is that it's not very organized at the moment looks like they are moving things around. But after they get setup 5 stars definitely.

I generally don't like Walmart, but this one I actually didn't find it too bad. Unlike the others I've been to, it's easy to find what you need. And this one wasn't too crowded. I'd actually recommend this Walmart.

It's in an easily accessible area. Just like any other Walmart, it has pretty much the same things. The shelves are adequately stocked.Electronics are way overpriced though. I can usually find most of the products online for $10+ cheaper. Walmart has trucks come in cramped to the top with items. That is how their prices are usually lower than competitors. It feels like most of the items are intentionally overpriced.

Not at all helpful I was told that people went to break which is ok but stood there for 45 min and never came back from break. The manager said there was nothing they could do.

Was glad to see cashiers .Was three maybe 4 lines open . Makes it so much easier to check out for me . Im so slow doing self check outs I dread going if Im hetting than a couple of items .

DO NOT GO TO AUTOMOTIVE!!! Absolutely rude. Didn’t want to do a refund and when I asked him about the refund policy he told me “ I’m being nice as it is”. When I wasn’t being rude just asking him question.

Had the best experience with the pharmacy today. They helped me get medicine for my daughter in the final hour after cvs closed the doors in my face because they were closing even though I was in line… I could tell they respected their profession and cared about their community. Moving all of my pharmacy needs here. Thank you.

After spending $180 they examine your receipt like your a thief after watching you go through register . Very Rude to treat paying customers like criminal . I’ll be using Amazon for theses products and avoid such a insulting experience

Super cute and well stocked smaller super-center. Had what we wanted and was clean and well organized. Usually would be a four star WalMart experience at least maybe five.Our issue we had was with the overly invasive receipt checker. I do not know if this was an overzealous employee or a specific procedure this Walmart follows as I was traveling through.I am used to the greeter and stopping if I have a fairly specific item, but to have a person stop everyone and go over their receipt and purchases is uncalled for and potentially actionable.I personally felt confronted, invaded and accused when my wife who was pushing the buggy went on to the car while I stopped to let him see the receipt. He attempted to argue with me and I thought was going to follow my wife into the parking lot. I shut him down fairly quickly and told him to have a pleasant night. I get it in a Sam’s Club you agreed to that as part of membership, but his actions could have led to a very bad outcome for all involved.

It's walmart. Wants you to scan and bag your own stuff and then proceed to question wether or not you paid for it at the door by asking for receipts. Can't do both walmart especially when customers have the right not to take a receipt. Receipts are only needed to make a return. If you're concerned about customers paying, hire more security and make sure cameras are being watched and so is the store. The burden of proof is on the company. Genuine customer service would be amazing also. Hire cashiers back.

It's Walmart u already know, but they have improved their app and with that and self checkout they really have no reason to hire people except to put stuff back where it goes and to clean up the shelves and clothes stands. In the future 3rd shift is the only open position they will have and it will be for stockers only

Their receipt checkers sure do have a big head. I shop here often for small stuff I need on the fly. I walked in with a buggy, grabbed a case of water off the pallet RIGHT BESIDE the guy checking receipts. He watched me load it on my cart, go around to self checkout, pay for the water and still asked to see a receipt. I got a text receipt and left my phone in the car (easier to write off for my business expenses) then yelled at me as I was walking out. If I wanted to steal cases of water I would have loaded up 2 or 3 on the buggy, turned around and ran out the door, loaded them up and took off. There wouldn’t have been a damn thing he could have done about it either. When I signed up for sams club I was fully aware I’m agreeing to have my receipts checked as part of the TOS. I suppose I’ll be driving to Lexington to get my water for now on and writing off my mileage too. Sure is better than arguing with someone who gets paid to stand around and profile shoplifters.

Worst experience I’ve had since I’ve moved to Kentucky …. Wasn’t the store but Darlene the 80 year old senior working the dressing room today 2:45 PM 8/19/23 the old lady let’s call her ( Charlene ) reminded me and my wife today that their are still old rude and disgusting people who discriminate in Kentucky. Maybe it’s time to retire if you are unhappy with your job. I am disabled and needed my wife’s help since I have next to no use of my hands … trying on a shirt . Th Old lady we will call ( Charlene ) wasn’t having it she didn’t give two $hits . She’s a old , discriminatory witch period.

During checkout I went self service, I explained I needed cash back along with my purchase. The employee made me wait for an appropriate scanner, after I got my purchase completed I heeded change for the $20 bill. She nor even the Customer service desk would break the bill? I won't return here, customer service is a must, and there's is pathetic.

Always a nice place to be. They keep that store in great shape. But checking nice folks bill of sale??? An giving folks a hard time to return even the smallest of sales. Looks like there stock is dropping I guess. Oh no...😉
