They sure need to restripe the parking lot, all of the parking spaces are slanted the wrong way. Also the annoying "country" music played in the store is the worst. Other than that it's a good store and the workers are friendly

We go to tractor supply almost every weekend just to see Sue the garden tech. She is amazing knows her stuff. The store is mostly clean after all it's a farm store so they can't help it. But the bathroom needs a lot more attention. Just saying. Anyway love coming here always leave with something.

I love This one in Paris, KY, great supply, Great Customer service, but if u do need something not year round normally there, u have to go to a bigger store.

My visit was during the horrible wind storm. My parents had lost power and needed a generator. My husband called Tractor Supply, but they didn't answer. Within 5 minutes, the manager called back. He held a generator for us. He was very helpful when we got there to help us get everything my parents needed.

Worst service I ever had. I walked in looking to buy cat food. I went back to where the cat food is and what I wanted was on the top shelf and I couldn't reach it. I went back up front and asked the girl at the cash register for help. She was on her cellphone and it took about 3 tries to get her attention. She finally said give her a couple minutes and I went back to the cat food aisle and waited and waited. I finally just settled for something else because I was in a hurry. I checked out and when I left she was outside on her cellphone. There is just no excuse for this kind of neglect towards customers. I will never shop here again because of her.

The employees working here are so nice and friendly. I loved this place and although I live in another city, I will definitely return. The attitude of the people make all the difference in the World. If you have a bad employer and/or a rude staff, you will eventually decline, just like Sears and Kmart.

Great place❕ Some times they have good deals on item's like the $5 and $10 bin rite behind the cash stands up front or if your just browsing I always take a look in the very back of the store on the back wall is were you find all the clearence item's now its mostly all randomized items but you mite find that one thing you could use or that one item you have been needing. It never hurts to look and see 💯✔❗

Not sure which time or location im commenting on. I went to one in Indiana to get the vaccines for the Princess puppy and one in Kentucky to look for shoes for Aaron. Both were good experiences. Boots were a little expensive and not a huge selection but I didnt expect any different.
