Staff is great and helpful. The buildings are in disrepair and look terrible. I don't understand why the company doesn't take pride in their community and lead by example. Beautify your location and you have the perfect store!

We moved to the Cynthiana area a couple of years ago. We initially purchased shavings & horse supplies at Tractor Supply in Cynthiana. TSC has poor customer service and when purchasing shavings or heavier items they never offered to help load anything. I recently found out about a finer type of shavings that are available at Southern States in Paris. Thought I’d give it a try. What a difference!!! Southern States employees are professional and courteous. They immediately told me where to back up my truck to load the shavings. The guys in the yard are so nice! TSC has lost a customer. I am willing to drive a bit farther for good products and excellent, courteous service. Thank you Southern States!
