The store was clean and the associates were kind and helpful. He assisted in finding the item I was looking for. I rarely shop here just bc they're normally quite busy. But they were preparing to close for the day , ( and I was still assisted)and there weren't many shoppers. But I found what I was after. Surprised, I wasn't sure they would even carry the item I was after,(paper muffin tin liners) but,,, they did. I recommend stopping by. They just might have what ur looking for, and u just might find something that u weren't.

I went to Family Dollar today, just for their sale on Pepsi products. Was just there on Monday, got the last 6 2 liters of Diet Pepsi. So then I ask when they will be getting more and they say tomorrow or the next day. So when I get there today, Pepsi truck was there. 😊 I was happy to think I caught it on the right day. Get in there and sure enough they were getting a PepsiCo delivery. But guess what, No Diet Pepsi what so ever. They didn't have any in their store, nor did they order any... NO WONDER WHY THEY ARE CLOSING DOWN SO MANY OF THEM... 🤬

This store is always understaffed. Cashier's talk about their personal business in front of customers. Always having problems with their cash registers. This store is in bad need of a renovation. The food coolers are filthy. It has a high employee turnover rate. Some cashier's are friendly. Some are rude.

I think it is pretty sad that I can't use the shopping cart to take heavy items to my truck, due to the fact, so many people steal them. How sad for the rest of us!I buy my can Cat Food and Fresh Step Litter here. In bulk, when they have it. These items are NOT LIGHT in weight. So, having to carry it out without the assistance of the cart is bad! I give 3 stars for this reason. Otherwise it would have been 5, as the employees are great! I wish they would make one cart available for people like me, with extra heavy items!

My honest option is that since Jenny started there the store is very much cleaner,shelves are always stocked and all the new items that have been coming in have been absolutely nice. This store had gotten so nasty ,I mean floors covered with items ,people eating and drinking leaving trash everywhere it was awful I couldn't stand going back in there I started going to family dollar in northmiddletown now that was just crazy. Well one day a few months ago I had to make an quick stop and when I walked in there Oh My Goodness this store looked absolutely wonderful. I was shocked . When you have someone like Jenny and her crew who cares about their customers then you know what the outcome will be! When you walk in they welcome you with a greeting and a smile and always always helpful.Great job ladies! Jenny,Carla,Penny and Junise! You guys Rock! So from 1000000 below zero to 5000000 above I will continue shopping there!! #familydollarpariskyrocks#

Shopping and came upon a live mouse amongst the Potato Chip/snack aisle, we both screamed at first, then screamed "mouse" and never seen a store associate one, during or after. We left immediately and without any purchase! Won't be going back. Definitely not up to expectation of the situation of screaming shoppers. Store associate/manager should have came to see what the screaming was about!

Manager makes my disabled wife put her service dog in a cart. She needs to be properly trained about the ADA Law when it comes to service animals before they get sued for violating a federal law. No other employee makes her do that just this 1 certain manager.

This place is foul. You have to walk in between gossiping employees smoking cigarettes right in front of the door to get in, there's trash everywhere outside, the store smells, there's no organization, and the cashier complained about me coming in 30min before they closed. To my face.

This is a nasty dollar store. The floors have never been mopped and it's a total.mess. They also let people come in with Pitbull dogs. I just wonder if a manager is in.place at this store?

This store is the worst one I've ever seen! Stock all over the floor. Nothing priced, you don't even know what's on clearance. The staff are rude and lazy. I only shop there cuz it's right beside my house

Shelves are not stocked and store manager is on a personal phone call every time I have been in the store . She even checked me out while she was on the phone . No courtesy and definitely not professional . I normally do not take the time out of my day to write up a review such as this , but I shop there very often and I feel like this needs attention .
