I had never had a bad experience until recently. Having worked retail and know how tough things can be, I tried to be helpful. A 2 liter of pop fell off the very bottom shelf, hit the floor and busted shooting 3 aisles away. I ran to grab it so it didn't continue spewing everywhere. I went & stood in front of the mess as much as i could and let a line of people cut my spot in line to try to be helpful so someone didn't slip & fall. I went and found a worker stocking shelves and nicely showed her the 3/4 empty bottle and said it exploded all over the floor. I was rudely told, "and what do you expect me to do about it!!! We don't have a mop!!" Long story short, I offered twice to help clean up the mess trying to be nice. Was rudely ignored, made to feel like it was my fault when it wasn't. I was just trying to be helpful. And then was made to pay for the 2 liter of pop that had exploded. I have no desire to be treated disrespectfully, especially when just trying to be helpful.

Very bad experience. The employees are extremely rude. I asked one of the workers if I could move her buggy over to get down the isle (because it was completely blocking the aisle) and she huffed and puffed at me and cussed under her breath and moved it over all rude and then being checked out the woman threw my glass vase in the bag. I said thank you and have a good night she never even spoke and acted like it was a hassle to do her job. Never had such a bad experience. Do not recommend shopping there.

The woman that helped me build the most wonderful magical gift for my friend was truly the nicest most helpful person I've ever met to this day I love going to Dollar Tree.You can find very nice things there and everything is only a dollarBut be careful because the dollars add up fast 😁

Paris Dollar Tree is always clean and tidy. The girls that work there are also very kind. The lines move fast and they have a smile for everyone.

If I could give it zero stars I would , the manager Is rude, the way she talks to her employees should be reported. She's so disrespectful to customers I hope this gets back to her and she gets fired .

Can find some good stuff every now and again... a smaller store compared to others in different surroundings towns but usually has a good stock

The store its self is really clean and neat but there was no one at the registrar and when he did show up he was talking on the phone not paying attention to customers over all not terrible but customer service matters
