It was like I was on a different planet! This is the first Walmart I've been to where the employees were not only helpful but polite! And there wasn't a 6 mile long line at the registers. Can you believe that?Naturally they had the self checkout lines also in full swing but I refuse to use those because I feel like I'm taking somebody's job away every time I do and I am just not going to go there. Besides the Waltons don't give me any employee discount.As much as I loathe the company and their policies, I do have to give them credit for having the freshest groceries in the area.

It was great cause it wasn't crowded cause if you go early or close to closing that's when it you can actually do your shopping an get checked out without having to wait awhile on a register.

I am disabled now, some things have been moved etc . Lil,challenge but, I had the best check out lady Ever . Her name is not on receipt but, she is a jewel of a person and an asset to your company. Maybe my receipt will indicate what her name is . She is a special lady who deserves recognition and this way my first encounter with her. But , I sure hope that she is there at my next visit.

On the things that sell the most they're always out of. They never have more than three or four cashiers at any time they expect you to go to self checkout and then try to treat you like a criminal if you screw it up I don't work there I don't want to check out and I sure the hell don't want to stand in line for a half an hour waiting to get checked out cuz they're too cheap they say they can't get help but they'll run over you with the blue carts of the workers filling other people orders

This Walmart is huge!!! Plenty of parking and aisle space. Actually had most checkout lanes open, not just the self checkouts.

So many recent remodels have made this store yet another adjustment to finding items, although the app is helpful but not a blessing as some items listed in a certain isle were found one Isle over. Also found the variety of choices are far less than they were before, both foods and goods, hoping that’s a restocking issue. All in all, customer service is superb, cleanliness is “shiny clean”, being a former manager of a department store, I know it takes an all consuming act of congress to maintain a highly trafficked store. Kiddos!!

Much better than before. Never thought I’d say this about Walmart but the store is very inviting now that they have remodeled the inside & repaved the parking & drive. I really like that they added a stop sign at the top of the hill & made it a 3 way stop. It makes entering & leaving so much easier.

It had been over 3 years since I had been in the paintsville ky Walmart and I miss shopping at this store! Main reason they have bigger sized clothes! I found the size I needed and finally got the pair of blue jean shorts! And I got them on clearance!

I was paying for the food that I normally take home, I went for a package of water and when I came back I looked at the assistants at the cashier they pointed out as if I was stealing it or as if I wasn't going to pay, until I told them that they could check the food, it was so uncomfortable!!!

I needed help in locating a piece of merchandise ,and I asked 5 associates where this was located, 2 send me to the wrong location, and 3 pointed and said over there.,not one offered to walk me to where it was located. What happened to Walmart policy of not pointing and always taking the person to where the merchandise was located. The part wasn't what I needed anyway, but time lost in trying to find it.....

The convenience Walmart offers is superior by far. They carry just about anything you could ask for in store. But, if for some reason they don't have it in store... They will online, no doubt.

Love our Walmart. Shopping isn't such a chore when I ship there the employees are nice and friendly and helpful I just wished that it was more excesable for people with wheelchairs and walkers

Nice store, a bit crowded as it is a smaller store, which is good, I prefer smaller stores. Friendly staff and competitive price wise. Overall, a nice shopping experience to get what we needed at a small town Walmart

Great store. Workers are nice and helpful. And the decision to locate the Customer Pickup parking away from the main entrances is very smart and clearly demonstrates customer service has high priority at this Walmart. Great work.
