Went to shop and at the checkout I noticed that they have a hand held scanner now so they can walk around and scan your items that are bigger so you don’t have to worry about getting them out and putting them up on the belt. I’m not going to write this review on count of prices or food because I think every store needs to get prices under control so that just doesn’t seem to be what’s important for this review and I’m going with what makes life simpler and gets me in and out of a place faster. Therefore, great job with getting the hand scanner and making my shopping experience easier for me and your cashier!

I actually enjoy going to save a lot quite a bit. Their meat is usually very good and their selection both changes and also the logistics of where things are placed stays in place in such a way you can get in and get out in the manner you so choose. Only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is they need a bigger store! Haha

My favorite budget friendly grocery store for your base essentials and meats. Very reasonable prices and you can get large packs of meat that can save substantially on your budget.

This experience at save a lot in Paintsville, KY was one of the best actually, except for the prices raising of course .But their meats looked fresh and clean. They also have a few new items that I liked also. The cashier at the number one register, she has brown hair and glasses I think. Was very nice and friendly. She made me feel very welcome and I think she was just Awesome. Helped me make sure I wouldn't go over. Lmao Made me wanna come back. Thank you.

An extremely wonderful place to shop. Always has some of the best deal on food and extremely fast service. Never have had a long wait in line. I recommend this store to any one doing shopping with a limited amount of time. With savalot you will save more than money you will also save time.

Wonderful deals and prices for the choices offered. Location is in a poor town and prices are perfect for such a spot with so many lower class families requiring SNAP benefits just to survive one month to the next. Fruit and vegetables always fresh, available, and never rotten or battered.

Place it shop for groceries and they have every day low prices. They always have good fruit and vegetables available. I shop there because I don't have a lot of money for groceries and I honestly get a lot of stuff for a sale price most times.

It's not too bad, what you would expect for a value store, just do not stop by on the first of the month. People have their checks and they are NASTY. They have had to follow people with Lysol because they stunk so bad

Generally the cheapest grocery in town. Personable staff for the most part. Clean store. Clearly priced items. Carts, on particularly busy days, are scarce and should be sourced from parking lot on way in.

Need more than just one person working check outs. They always have to call for someone. Need 2 workers up front all the time. Check out lines stay backed up.
