I love shopping here even though it's so far away. Update: just got home and opened up what I was very excited to be able to use and seen something I can't believe. Mold all over this organizer. I live too far away to be able to run back tomorrow to return it. Very disappointed.

This is a great place with great prices. I get my work clothes here, a lot of my Christmas presents for the kids and most importantly my K-cup coffee that I can only find at Ollie's and can't be the price!

Go to the Paintsville location often. On one hand they do have a large variety of items, but there is no organization whatsoever. And honestly yea, occasionally you can catch a decent deal but more often than not they're a little expensive. And while shopping you'll see 20 employees ambling around but when it's time to check out not a one in sight. The best thing to do is check their online flyer to see if anything you're looking for is on sale that week.

Couldn't get through the isles and a lot of stuff was broken. I thought Ollie's was a discount store but their prices were high. If I am going to pay full price then I am going to buy it where I know it isn't going to be damaged.

I want to remind everyone that when shopping is this kind of close out the store that you must I mean absolutely must read the entire way the entire label and cover to make sure you're getting in a product that you want and not a wall shelf for a product you want or a while covering sausage search for something that you thought you wanted but you get it home and you open the Box and wallah it is a plastic tube and it does nothing because you don't even own the object... The store is actually kind of high just like like the managery of Misfits roaming around it aimlessly if I didn't know any better I would have thought that I were in a Dirty non jewelry video arcade In the nineties.

Most things are cheaper. I wouldn't suggest you buy air conditioner from here they only last 6 weeks at the most.you can't take them back if it's been over a month..Other than air conditioning I love everything else I bought from Ollie's..

The young man that waited on my is a jewel. You should consider him as an asset for your company. I have been there several times and I actually will wait until I can go through his check out . I am disabled and he actually can always make me smile and is so he helpful with me physically with my bags and I am weight limited so he pays attention to the weight of the bag etc. My receipt says Chris . But, I have not ever met until I visited the Paintsville, ky store . Give him the big Ollie's howdy he is deserves it and more . I purchase alot of books from there always lol

I love the store....but they do not enforce mask wearing and I see no signs of cleaning carts or cart wipes available. Bring your own disinfecting wipes and go at a time with few people so if someone does not have a mask, you can a avoid them.

Don't get me wrong, this place is pretty good. Stands for its claim to have "good stuff cheap" but this place is Absolutely DISGUSTING! The store is packed witch bugs and mice. The bathrooms are HORRIBLE and I mean horrible as in i feel like you would get a disuse standing 2 feet away from the doors. Overall, 2 stars . My visit was not worth the time.

Great place for good quality discounted books. Sometimes you really have to look hard through items to find what you're looking for, but it's worth it. Good choices of throw rugs & area rugs of all sizes.

It's a good place to find deals. They have a wide variety of goods. They have all kinds of books, which I love. The only thing that hurts them is the checkout lines. Everytime I go I plan on spending twice as long at checkout than I did shopping. Their lines are the worst. Go for the deals but get stuck in the lines.

I' ve been going to this particular location for 3 yrs. now. The past 1.5 yrs the place is so much cleaner and shoppable. The manager Rhonda is a heck of a good people person, she is stronger than most men. (That is not a lie). Only thing I don't like is that it's called Ollie's Army, I am a USMC veteran and will not join because of the name, changing that name may help get more service member to sign up.

I love this store I live in WV. And every time we come over we have to visit this store. My 6 year old grand-daughter wants to come to Ollie's all the time. She said Ollie's is better that going to Wal-Mart.

The 2 stars reflect a slight improvement in their organization. Otherwise, they're lacking terribly in customer service and cleanliness. Never more than one register open, and despite the massive sign on the wall advertising complementary coffee, they hardly ever have coffee available. The rare occasion when it is available I've had to get into the cabinet and get my own cup/creamer/sugar. As they have no competing discount outlet in the area, they've raised their prices to be just slightly cheaper than Walmart. I have answered wanted ads for employment at Ollies half a dozen times and followed up with numerous phone calls/in-person inquiries and despite my persistence and desire to work there, my efforts are consistently shunned.
