Bought a Hisense refrigerator last week, which was delivered promptly at 8 a.m. Monday by a Lowe's contractor. Nice guys who, as promised, reported a small dent and scratch on the fridge's door to the store. Excellent help today from Hannah, the appliance dept. employee who also had sold me the refrigerator over the phone. She almost happily told me I'd received a discount for the door damage and then, with the patience of a saint, guided me through Hisense's recalcitrant F/C panel settings. I've spent thousands of dollars at Lowe's over the years, but she was, by far, the best-humored and most helpful employee I've ever encountered at this store. So, I'll be back.

They had everything we needed, very expensive.. but I reckon its a reliable place.. I highly recommend it. You wanna build something? Go there and get the material and tools you'll need. I promise they will have what your looking for!

This is a standard big box store in this genre. The fact that it is the only big box hardware store in 30 minutes means it is heavily shopped. They sometimes have fewer varieties in areas (for example, plumbing) because they need to carry the essential items for the people in the area.

While overall it’s been good, it wasn’t until our last trip that we were told about the MVP Rewards Program. While we did sign we have already spent close to $30,000 at Lowe’s this year on numerous projects and feel kind of ripped off not receiving credit for that. With Lowe’s crushing the military and veterans discount I’m kind of soured and might travel the extra distance to Home Depot.Edit: canned company responses are lame and not very personal

Decent store but good luck on finding help in the store. I get so aggravated when I have to hit to lowes nowadays. I literally asked for help from an associate and was told to “wait a minute”. She walked away and it took 25 mins before we finally got another associate to help us. The items are rarely ever in the right place and they will not commit to the prices ever though they stock them in the wrong places.

I went to the store to return to cobalt, snow shovels, and the schedule due. Do they have lifetime warranty no hassle in the store. Return them is absolutely no hassle. I was very impressed.No, I will say there were a couple times before that my wife and I went into the same Lowe’s and did not have such a good experience when you’re walking around the store for two hours three hours because you’re trying to find supplies for a house we were building because I was Bert down. We could not find the person to help us with anything, but yet we have plenty of people following us like we were stealing stuff when everything was blatantly laid out in the court all the time guess I wouldn’t help with the one they wanted to ring us up at the end and they get our money. We could even told plainclothes security if they would like to help us find what we need then they could probably see that we were going to pay for that merchandise not steal it.

BUYER BEWARELast year they set an appointment for someone to come out to measure for blinds. I had to wait about 2 months for them to come out, so a day before the appointment they said they have to reschedule me and I would have to wait another 2 months, so I said forget it. So fast forward to 2023 I want to give them another try. So I waited a month before they can come out between 3 to 6. Well they call me at 515 pm saying they are overbooked wont be able to come out until 9 pm. So, then they call me at 815 saying they can't come. So I went into the store and explained to Cody the manager and he said he will make things right and give me my blinds for 495.00$Then I went back and and spoke with candy the head manager and she said no the blinds are 1800.00$ dollars. I said Cody said that he will give them to me for 495.00$ because of everything I went through. Candy was very rude and said Cody is not in charge, she is. So they don't honor there word, and treat you very bad in the process. I have spent thousands of dollars here. But NO MORE. They just lost a loyal customer BUYER BEWARE.

I needed numbers and letters to put id numbers on my pontoon boat, and when I asked for directions the associate walked me to where the stick on numbers was located and told me if I needed more help to let her know. This is what all stores need to do n my humble opinion !!

I usually don’t give Lowes a very good review because they’re Lowe’s and if you’ve ever went there you pretty much know why I make that statement but this place has a awesome salesman his name is Steve Vanhoose and if he’s there he always goes out of his way to help me. I’m a local contractor and he has saved me thousands of dollars over the years. He is awesome I highly recommend Steve if you’re doing any kind of Building projects.

Calling store to get information waited over 6 minutes while phone was ringing and no answer. Got fed up then hung up . Poor service maybe Lowe’s needs to disconnect phone line so we don’t bother them .

If you want the least bit of help, and an employee that actually wants to help, and not avoid everyone, then this is the wrong Lowe's! Not a friendly atmosphere, and it shows as soon as you walk in. I know there are a few friendly employees, but the unfriendly ones, definitely outnumber them.The only place we have ever had help, was the Appliance section. I will say, they are the most helpful, and friendly!A few years ago this was a friendly, helping place, with employees willing to help. Not sure what happened, but it's definitely not a place I like to go to anymore.

I purchased supplies online to remodel my basement lumber, instillation, plywood, nails etc. They'll had my order ready for me when I got there, everyone was helpful even when I had to exchange some drywall because I ordered the wrong thing online there was no problem. The store was clean and staff focused on customer service. I will have to continue to purchase supplies as we work towards completing the basement and will do so at Lowe's 😊

I don't like Lowe's the floor they have kills me to walk on it plus I just plain don't like Lowe's I ordered stuff from them and the guy passed her house up they told bunch of this and that only God knows what the truth was and ended up having to pay more for the same refrigerator just because I needed it right now and they didn't get it to me and I had to cancel that order and go get me one

Only one register opened with people lined up down the aisle, they finally opened another register and I was wanting a grill I paid for it and waited for 15 minutes, no help so I went back in and they were trying to find the person. I went back out. Finally a small petite lady came out she got the grill and this man asked to help then she walked off and left us to get it in their on our own. I have back issues and wasn't suppose to lift anything. But had to. It was my first trip to this store and my last. I went to Ace hardware for the paint I needed wasn't going to wait an hour to get it. Bad experience today

Good place if you need lumber or anything for your home BUT their customer service needs a lot of improvement. Once you find someone to help you out it's not their area so they call someone else to assist you. Once they show up their attitude seamed like I was bothering them and an inconvience. When I went to check out at the register. The 2 young ladies there were perfect Very friendly, knowledgeable, and acted like they wanted to be there.

Not sure if I will ever go back there on a weekend. Wanted to special order some decking and no one was there that could order it, except maybe a manager, but the salespeople made no attempt to contact one of them for help. Cashier was fine and helpful but store was too crowded. Believe I will just order from home and avoid this store in the future.

Horrible customer service. Was in the store about an hour asked for help and they still didn’t come so we left. This is the second time this has happen at this particular store in the past 2 weeks. It’s worth me driving an extra 30 min out my way for good service will not shop at this particular location again

Wish i could give more stars because the people who work in this location are great... but lowes as a company is terrible... i ordered washer and dryer and they cannot even get ne the product... they also tried to bill me for a product iam yet to receive! Awful experience and will be taking my business elsewhere.
