Ladies are very friendly and helpful. They know exactly what needs to be done to maintain a healthy cut on a dog. Between skincare advice, recommended cut, and maintenance information, they know what to do to keep your pooch looking its best. Prices are very reasonable. I told them to take artistic freedom when grooming my 12 year old dog, and she came out looking fantastic.

Excellent service and very reasonable priced. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quick with the perfect local touches. They know our dogs by name and the puppies never seem to mind going. Only down side is with larger dogs (meaning 100 pound and up) they may have trouble getting them into their tub, good to ask first.

They are the most amazing people. When we lived in KY I found them after trying others and was very unhappy with them. Than I found Sue and her staff, my baby girl Daisy was so afraid at first because of the others. They sat down on the floor with her for awhile until she was comfortable. After that Daisy LOVED going. My only regret is that I had to move and could not take them with me. They are the most amazing and loving people for your babies.

Absolutely great place to take your pets. Our dog has been there several times and they take such great care of him and just love him, and, he is a pit bull.

Tried to call and make an appointment. Could barely hear whoever it was who answered the phone due to background noise. I asked if I could schedule an appointment for Saturday or Sunday. She screamed into my ear that they aren't open on the weekends (Even though Google says that they are.) After that, she went ahead and just hung the phone up on me without giving me a chance to schedule for a different day. What a joke that conversation was.
