OMG!!! Really!!! When is the corporate office going to step in or a district manager and get rid of the old, rude, incompetent, and clearly TERRIBLE HORRIBLE OLD WOMAN in the photo dept at Hannan Plaza. EVERY SINGLE TIME the machine is down. They can’t print anything. They never let customers know. EXCUSE EXCUSE EXCUSE!!!!! Goodness what does she have to do to lose her job!!!!! Why does Walgreens tolerate this!!! Look at the reviews from just today!!! I guess maybe corporate is the same speed as her?! Is that why they don’t do anything to her ?! Well guess what I’m done writing reviews. I’m going to turn Walgreens into the BBB. Maybe JUST MAYBE if the BBB steps in corporate will do something to this woman. Shame on you Walgreens!!! And you all wonder why everyone goes across the street to CVS!!!

I stop here a lot to take advantage of free card loading. I sometimes buy a snack or an essential household item or toiletry that I need. I will also sometimes get makeup here if I don't feel like going in anywhere else. I always have a good experience, all of the employees are super friendly, especially the late night employees!

Managers that care enough to check the back for inventory... RARE THESE DAYS! Up to 5 stars from 4 🤞 great employees early morning & late nights (mid day not so much; an older manager whose name that starts with an 'L' is unfriendly & un-useful; day employees are darn disrespectful and unwilling to help tract items down). Down 5 stars to 4 <3.8>.

Went in to pick up my photos and the old lady sweeping the floor was extremely rude when I asked how I could find someone to pick up my photos. She acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience. Then when I tried to show her my order number she informed me they don't look stuff up by order number. She was rude to my husband also. When I told the cashier at the front door she thought it was funny that I was complaining. I'm not sure who the manager on duty is tonight but I fully expect a manager to contact me immediately to address this extremely rude customer service. I'll never step foot in a walgreens ever again. Good thing they don't work for me. I would fire them both. Rude and ignorant is a bad combination for an employee. Walgreens you should be ashamed of yourself!!

This review is for Cameron!I’ve been to this store a few times to purchase a variety of items, some items that were very personal and others that weren’t, but everytime I came in Cameron was and is always so friendly, kind, and helpful. He just makes my day! You don’t find people with his genuine and bright energy like that often. Thank you Cameron!!

When a doctor calls a prescription in and you go to pickup your order normal and responsible business would tell the individual we are out of your medicine, they didn't tell me this I had to find out 25 minutes later.I hate the medicine I have to take and I despise people of this outfit

To whomever dealt with me this morning, her name was Abbie or something like that, I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to. Between you guys and my doctor's office my prescription got messed up but spoke to me in such a smart tone. It was not my fault AT ALL but yet when I asked what was the problem, got extremely huffy with me. I get it, I work at a pharmacy as well but I never speak to someone like that. Check your attitude.

Waisted an hour of my time only To be told they don’t accept returns as their policy. Due to COVID-19 they changed their policy. Their online website showed they clearly had the item I wanted but turns out they don’t even carry the brand.

I love shopping at this Walgreens. always find things on sale here.lots or mark downs. I have had problems with their drive thru pharmacy. ended up having to another pharmacy.

inconsistent with the website. pharmacy says open at 9 am on Sundays but was not open at all. I really needed my prescription and that was the only time I could go.

I'm only giving a 2 simply because they had everything that I needed and tons of Halloween stuff The lady at the front counter was extremely rude I was there at 11:28 checking out October 23rd of 2021 She was extremely rude did not care about her job obviously did not want to be there she saw me pulling tags off of the stuff and yanked the stuff away and put it in the bag and when I told her I needed to take the tag off of there she asked me if I had rewards and when I said yes told me I needed to go put it in then then rudely said have a nice day terrible customer service

Everyone is so nice & friendly! I walked around the store & three people asked if I needed help! I love that I can go in & grab what I need without waiting in long lines!

One of the biggest pharmacy companies in the country and they can't fill a prescription on a Saturday night for a 7 year old little boy who just left the hospital with a broken arm. Why have a 24 hour pharmacy next to a hospital if they don't have the medicines in stock?

The photo department is horrible the lady working behind the counter was rude and barely helped me and I called a manager after I left to tell them what happened I have used them to put VHS on to DVD and both times they have came back late
