Dr. Michael Case is amazing, my children have been coming here since elementary school and love love love their doctor!! Staff is very friendly and punctual, get me and my family of 4 out in an hour and a half tops !!! Defiantly recommend!! Walk ins welcome as well !!!

Checking in was very easy. The clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. The technician assistant during the pre-exam was welcoming and knowledgeable. She showed care and concern. Dr. Case was professional and courteous. He took time during the exam to ask questions and give explanations that addressed my vision concerns. I felt comfortable and confident in his expertise and appreciated his kind demeanor with me. All staff I encountered were very nice.

For me, going to Vision Works is the perfect choice. It's convenient quick service. The staff is helpful and friendly. The Doctors who have examined my eyes are very knowledgeable.......helping me make the correct decisions for any concerns I've had. Ms. Pam fitted me for my glasses.....she is a professional, kind, caring individual. I thank all of them for their service

Very good overall experience, had times that worked out for me and my schedule. Mrs. Janice was very helpful in picking out my frames and taking care of my purchase. The intake staff did everything in their power to see to insurance and other billing related items ahead of my exam. The doctor was very attentive to my needs and my concerns for my overall eye health and even recommended some over-the-counter options for allergy season coming up.

Even though I had to wait forever because they were double booked, the office manager that took care of me in ordering my contacts and glasses was outstanding. She took the time to actually listen to me about my insurance and get me everything I needed. I am so grateful for her. She was so nice and was so apologetic for the long wait and just made the whole experience worthwhile.

The prescription was good but the lenses were wrong in the frames . I couldn’t see through them without being able to see …. The bifocals were to high and blurry from side to side. I had to bend my head down to be able to see to drive or walk. They were a mess . I had a clear lenses air and a sunglass pair.

Purchased glasses 2½ years ago and immediately had defects where the lenses kept falling out. They sent them off as usual and still had the same issue. They would reset the lenses and send me on my way. My vision has not changed and yet again the lenses failed to stay in so I take them back yet again and I was quite rudly told that they will only repair or take care of the issue up to 180 days. I began having issues well prior to the 180 days. She then said up to a year once again the issues were regular well up to that year. So, basically they sold me inferior glasses and won't stand behind the products they sell. They just want the money for new eye exam which is not needed and to make you buy new glasses. I would never recommend Vision Works. They should stand behind their products especially since having issues well within their time frame including the sun shade portion seemed to be fading out and they never fixed the issue. They can keep them. Heck, one of the lenses popped out all by itself right in the store today and she was like "Oh well" she even laughed at the situation. I'll use the old ones that the VA gave me at least the lenses don't fall out almost daily. It's a shame that as poor of care we veterans often receive from the VA that a private company where I chose to spend my money as it takes 6 months to get into the VA treats you worse than the VA. I left the glasses where they belong in their trash can!

Waited an hour past my apt time. The price of just lenses was higher than a whole new pair of glasses at Walmart. The selection was poor and it's been over two weeks and my lenses still aren't in.. my first and last experience with the them also waited 20 minutes on hold on the phone .

The Visionworks Optometrist was extremely helpful in getting my prescription correct. He was very patient during my eye exam and got my prescription spot on. I will definitely come back to Visionworks next year.

Everybody was super nice they got me in quickly had all my information already on the computer before I got there the doctor was amazing the doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and put my mind at ease over some concerns that I had and was very kind and the girls there even helped me pick out my glasses and explained which frames looked good with my face frame! I would recommend visionworks to anybody and I will be going back for all my eye Care needs! 5 STARS

There are typically cars parked outside waiting for the doors to open. Once inside the wait isn't long. Lots of people have early morning appointments. Other than that it was fine.
