Came into Paducah Home Depot today looking for a variety of things from electrical to plumbing. Had a fantastic experience with a man named Shane. Shane pointed us in the right direction, knew his way around the store very well, and took time out of his day to take us exactly where we needed to go. Shane gave us great advice on exactly what we needed. Great employee and knew a lot about a lot.

We purchased an all in one washer/dryer yesterday. The employees helped us with everything we needed, and the transaction was smooth. We saved a lot of money on this purchase also. Very pleased.

Helpful staff while ordering our refridge, but Delivery was 7 to 10 days out to have it delivered 15 mins away from store, then it couldnt be installed at that moment due to no shut off valve. Called them a few days later after having the issue fixed and they scheduled 3 weeks out to come install it. A refridge is not something you want to go that long without. Really shouldnt treat customers this way thay just spent $3500 in your store. I shop there all the time but wont buy another big appliance from them that has to be delivered if they cant do any better then this.

One of our favorite places to shop out on the road. I take my two Siberian Huskies with me, and we collect Husky tools. So we kill two birds with one stone. Very nice location. People are very friendly in Paducah.

Ordered the matching washer and dryer set. 1st set the dryer drum was dented and wouldn't work, the washer was so loud. They issued a new set to be delivered. The washer came in a DIFFERENT color. So reordered again, washer still was wrong color... same for the 2nd and 3rd delivery... at this point GE REFUSED to bring me the set I actually ordered. Highly discouraged purchasing from Home depot and GE. They do not care about their products or customers. All 3 of they dryers that was delivered had DAMAGE. Home Depot wouldn't make it right. They wouldn't even offer me a difference set at the price I was promised. I will not be purchasing anything every again from home depo. This whole mess went on for 2 months, with several deliveries, several phone calls, several different managers,and still never received the products I actually ordered. Highly disappointed.

A basic diy home repair store. Garden center was very well kept. Better than most I've seen. Could use a bit more customer service. Clean bathrooms. Well mainly parking lot. Shows how well their place runs.

Helpful and friendly staff. This is the most organized and clean H.D. I have been in. The Milwaukee tools they don't have, they are glad to assist u in ordering to be sure u get what u want. They take that extra step.

I ordered all the appliances for my house and scheduled them 3 weeks out to avoid delays. At 2:00 the day before my delivery was scheduled it was rescheduled for 8 days later because a truck broke down. No idea why one couldn’t be rented from uhaul, hertz, Penske, etc… super poor customer service when I called to understand why this couldn’t be fixed.

I needed interior paint for my bathroom and didn't know anything about what I needed. Faith in the paint department went above and beyond to explain what kind of paint I needed and even helped me choose a beautiful color based on what I told her! She was very professional and so sweet! My bathroom looks amazing now!! Thank you Faith and Home Depot in Paducah!!

I had 2 polar opposite experiences here. Boyce in appliances gave the impression we were wasting his time being in the store and every time we asked a question he said we could find the information online so I guess we will be getting our kitchen suite elsewhere.However, Tom R. in flooring/doors was the most helpful guy ever! He was funny and very informative and went out of his way to be helpful. He helped us pick out the perfect storm door even though we weren't really planning on getting one that same day. He even escorted us to another department to help us find some small item we wanted to grab while we were there. He is the epitome of customer service done right.

Prices are so high here I don't see how they stay alive in the lumber supply business. Rather any business. Compare it to Lowes , Walmart, or anyplace and you will see how inflated these prices are here. Nice to browse and see professional workers. They do know there store layout and experts at product knowledge. But Lord help me if I had this as a only buying option.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because one of the items I bought was marked $19.99 but I got charged $23.47. I could have went to the service desk and got it fixed but was already late for work. Oh well……

We shop at home depot in several states, we are visiting here and needed several items. My husband is a retired air force vet. We have 2 home depot accounts and he is registered online to get discount. They would not give him military discount because he didn,t have his phone. HE SHOWED them his military ID. They said that wouldn,wouldn't, work. Thanks for supporting an eighty yr old retired Vietnam vet!!!!!

I drove over an hour to do my shopping in Paducah, cause I saw an item online with a great price. However the price in the store was different. The associate helping me to find the item in the store was extremely helpful and made sure I was selecting the right thing for the task. He also explained to me why the price was different. Yet he realized that I had travelled from far and had an urgency to get the tools I needed, so he discussed the matter with Justin. Justin agreed to match the price as the SKU was the same online and in the store. The the same helpful associate walked me to the front counter to make sure the price reduction was happening as it was discussed with Justin.I felt like a valued customer and really appreciated the effort. That is one of the reasons why I keep going back to Home Depot in Paducah.

I went inside for 7-10 items and left with 8. I found all the items in a timely manner. I purposely asked an associate each time I needed a new item and got help with a smile Every Time! I was even walked to an item or two.Huge assortment of succulents which my wife loved !Great Job Guys!

First and last time ordering. Shipment tracking was a mess the entire time only to find out it was running "way behind" according to the person I spoke with. It was only coming from five hours away and while I understand that delays happen especially during the holidays but I don't understand is not updating accurately. That way I can make my own informed decision on if I want to wait or not. I'm one very unsatisfied customer.

I placed a large order, for mulch, Paducah ky " wanted early delivery time!" Picked " today" as It was to be early!!! Got told today it would be after 4pm. Truck is going to Metropolis Ill, Then Mayfield before Ky deliveries. Unbelievable 😱. I'm over 70 had people set up to work for me. ☹ I'm not a happy camper!!!

We have many options to choose from in our town but I choose Home Depot. Their prices are usually less than their competitors and they have great service. Now they’ve added a self check out lanes for those quick trips. Gets me in and out in a jiffy.

I wish when you order appliances online they go in to a LITTLE MORE DETAIL about what and where they will be installed. There is a difference in PLUG in and HARD wired, Even I can plug stuff in why would I pay to have someone plug in a Appliances!! I mean really $160. For installation. They need to ask more questions on websites otherwise call up with follow-up questions SERIOUSLY!! 🙄 HOME DEPOT you really should know better, or not sell Appliances. I swear. Totally Confused by your incompetence for installation!!
