I made a quick stop on my way to my granddaughters house. I found a whole lot of goodies to spoil them. Sam's Club is such a great place. The checkout ladies are very nice! I'm glad, because I will not check out my own items. Thank you for having a great place to shop. I love this store!

Sam's was extremely busy, almost as bad as Christmas. I got my items in a short period of time & completed self check out with the aid of a Sam's employee. I had to wait longer for an electric mobile cart to become available than to shop & check out. This Sam's use to have plenty of mobile carts but not anymore. An employee told me that several have broken down & Sam's has not replaced them. I wish they would because now I dread going to Sam's because of this shortage.

Edit 3/14/224Prices are going up, but not as much as in this Sam's club. Last time I bought Dave's killer bread it was under $9, now just under $11. Just as an example. Organic milk has gone $2 as well. Frozen vegetable aisle has broccoli and meat products.Original review: Too much free time? Go to Sams Club in Paducah, KY. After you spend some time in check-out, you get to spend a lot more time trying to exit the door, where one person is the bottle neck to check everyone's receipt and re-scan the random three items. Just to make sure you did not steal anything...the line started right from the check-out.January 2023: not only lines to get out of the store, but having four gas pumps out of order and wait time so long it makes you wonder, if you really want to save a dollar todayEdit June 2023: gas is 5 cents less (3.04) than all the other gas stations .... going to Pilot I would get 10 cents off. Going to Fulton or Hanson, i would only pay 2.98 today plus 10c off at Love's, Walmart or Pilot... so I put in enough to get to the other placesThis Sam's gas is much more expensive than the one in Clarksville

I really like that my Sam's club doesn't move items around. I can go in and go straight to what I came in for. I normally use scan and go (which I love) but I went through a check out and two open lanes, able to get checked out quickly. Thank you Sam's Club

I wish there was a way that I could give this location less than one star. I arrived approximately five minutes early for a tire appointment at 8 AM. As I entered the store, I was greeted by an associate named JON. JON informed me that the store is not open yet. I replied and told him I was just waiting for my 8 AM tire appointment. Although five minutes early. He responded with well you will just have to wait outside. The temperature outside was 33 degrees. Once other customers seen I had gone inside and then come back out several attempted to enter the store as well. They were all told to leave by I presumed Jon as he was still in the shopping cart area foyer. Great customer service (sarcasm). I do believe that with associates like this I’ll be switching my plus membership to a Costco membership.

This is a great store for buying in bulk. Many good deals and lot of thing to check out. Clean , good service and not to crowded. I recommend checking out if your in the area.

I couldn't find the large can of green beans. I asked RINA if she could help me. This young lady went above & beyond. She stated she would get a forklift and bring the shipment out to the floor. She did in less than 10 minutes.Her name was RINA. I told her that I was going to tell Sam's Club what a wonderful employee she was. This person is an asset to your business. Please tell her!

Always enjoy my local Sam's Club! Shopping experience is great. Bakery is amazing! We love free samples! Sometimes we stop and get a slice of pizza or hot dog. The only thing I can't recommend is the gas station. Usually only a few cents cheaper and if there is a wait it's not worth it!

Generally, I am pleased with my experience at this club. The last two months, I have not been able to buy an item (each month, I buy eight or nine 15-count cases of Atkins shakes Milk chocolate delight flavor) using pick up. The app indicates that it's not available. I have had to go into the store and pick them up the last two months. Why am I paying extra to avoid a pick up fee, and risking my body, when I can't use pick up? I went into the club Thursday, 6/7/23 to address it with customer service. They tried to help and were very kind. They could not help and gave me a name of someone to call on 6/8/23. I called and she couldn't help. She gave me the number to Corp. I called them; they couldn't help. They told me they would document and try to get someone to work on it. Help! I have various physical issues that make semi-heavy lifting difficult and dangerous for me. TY, I await follow-up.

Only had 5-6 items I went in for and found all but 1 item available! Quick in and out experience and an employee even loaded the 50 pound bags of dog food into my vehicle for me as I am disabled and unable to lift that kind of weight. I am thankful for his help!!

The store is huge. There's a large range of things here from home to personal, pets, lawn and gardening, groceries and a wide range of great outdoors equipment.Employees greet you and some of the customers are friendly.

I just wanted to take the time out of my evening to give a shout out to one of the employees there who made my shopping experience truly worthwhile. I hope that this review reaches the appropriate leaders there at Sam's. Darrell, one of the team leads at your store went over and beyond for me as a customer and seemed to truly enjoy his job. Keeping associates like him is essential to progressing the business. As a former employee I really hope he goes far. Thank you

Great place to bulk shop but no cheaper than anywhere else on most items. Bring bags or use the discarded boxes to pack your purchase.

Shame on you Sam’s Club for not honoring our order for a case of round cakes and icing! Our students were looking forward to decorating cakes in class!! The bakery manager was an absolute nightmare to deal with!!! She refused to sell the case that was costumed order. Completely unacceptable!!

Luv Sam’s ❤️. Awesome store to purchase in bulk when our family comes in for the holidays. We buy cups, plates, whole ribeyes, sausage patties, and delicious crab legs., and about anything else you can think of. My wife usually scans our purchases as we shop on her Sam’s App, so when we’re finished we don’t have to stand in line. 👍👍

Has it changed? Yes, prices have increased! Their excuse, same as the rest of the retail community, because they can! Prices are still high? I won't buy what I want, I'm sticking with only what I need, but, if I feel it is to much, I will not buy! I'm saving money at the expense of my health and living. If we keep buying, it will never come down and people on fixed incomes will suffer the most. Because the packaging and products are being downsized and prices are being increased. When will it STOP? I'm listed as a 29 year member? I started with a club called Pace, it folded and Sam's Club purchased it and changed the name. There was a gap, but we maintained our membership. That was in New Jersey and we moved to Kentucky. The gap happened some where between 1985 - 1994? There have been a lot of changes. Their trying! I have noticed, that, if inventory does not move prices may drop. It becomes a waiting game. Part of the problem may be the small business's that rely on Sam's Club to supply their inventories and operating supplies can not afford to wait. On top of everything gas prices are on the rise again. This time the heat is to blame? Things are changing, good or bad still not sure. Holiday specials/sales are a false hope. Customers still need to be cautious. Prices go up and down weekly and what was available then has disappeared now. It's not just Sam's club/Walmart but their distributors/manufacturers that play games with our lives.

Update: I decided to give them another try after two years and I love that they added more self-checkout registers. The deals are great, and the store is easy to navigate. It’s always clean when I’m shopping in store. The scan feature on the app is great, as is the curbside pickup option. Employees are now more pleasant to interact with if need be.Old Review: Terrible customer service (rude) and deceptive practices. Cancelling after only two weeks.
