Going out of town in a couple of weeks needed to get my baby groomed. There was a mix-up with scheduling, but they were still willing to get her in that same day. It was her first time at this location as well. Friendly staff and excellent service! Hands down by far one of the best groomers in the area.

The woman who groomed my dog did a fantastic job. She listened when I explained about my new fur baby I adopted and understood where I was coming from in terms of not knowing the dogs temperment. She told me my dog did excellent and she looked amazing when I picked her up.

They are great! Very courteous! Took my 18 mo. Yorkie Reba who refuses to be still or allow anyone to groom her. Bailey worked wonders and she came looking fabulous! They’re definitely my regular groomer from now on!

I took my dog midnight to this groomer because the online reviews suggested they were good people, my dog was completely traumatized and she burned his privates, I don't have a pic of that since this was 3 months ago. I do have current pics I took today of how his body still looks. His hair is basically burned down to the skin and has not grown where she had him strapped. I urge you to be careful if you take your large dog here. I will never go back or recommend this place.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager about my shihtzu’s hair cut not being what I asked for, I was told I have a “ridiculous expectation” and that “it’s just hair, and it’ll grow back.” Never once did she apologize.

My Aussie was sprayed in the face by a skunk! Smell was horrible and he's a inside dog! Took him to Christianna at Precious Paws for a de-skunking bath and was amazed at how well she was able to remove the smell! Highly recommended!

Horrible service. I just moved to Paducah a few weeks ago and I have a German shepherd so my coworker said to try them. I called and the girl was sooo rude and acted mad she had to even answer the phone. I asked if I can schedule to bring him in, she huffed and said call back later. Everyone in town says the owner is hateful too so I’m probably dodging a bullet. Petsmart did amazing and he was done in two hours. Petsmart says lots of their clients are coming to them now bc of the rude staffing.

Let me begin by saying that I love that there is a pet salon in Lone Oak and that they always find a spot in their busy schedule to get my dog in. Also, they always do a fantastic job.The downfall to this salon, is they keep my dog way too long. I have been using them since they started in Lone Oak. They hardley ever get my little Shih Tzu finished in under two and a half hours. There have been times that he has been there for over 3 hours. Today, they kept him 4 hours. I called to get a status on him at 3.5 hours and no one would answer the phone. They are worse than a doctors office. Over book!!!I will NOT take my dog back there ever again. It should never take 3 hours, and 4 hours is down right rediciouls!

This is a great place for any dog small to extra large. They do an Excellent job and I couldn't be an happier with my dogs cut, she looks adorable!! The ladies at the front desk were nice and very helpful because this was my dogs first cut and first time at a salon. I didn't really know what options to pick but they were very helpful.

I moved to Paducah from out of town last fall and my Aussie needed groomed pretty badly. I was very upfront with the fact that she’s extremely high anxiety and was told that the groomers could handle that. While Aoife looked good and smelled good afterwards, I can’t help but wonder if something happened because since this grooming, she has been absolutely terrified of being brushed to the point she cowers and leaves the room. The few times I have managed to get her to let me brush her, the second she can get away, she squats and fear pees. She was not like this prior to the grooming. I was not told of any incidents when I picked her up, but I just have to wonder what caused an absolutely dramatic and sudden change.Edited: often seems like any time anyone has anything negative to say, the business finds a way to blame the owner. I can confirm I was able to brush my pup after the move prior to the groom and have struggled since.
