Tilde is a farm dog, and not very used to people. She also had a lot of mats on her butt pads. Kristina was able to get her brushed out and didn't shave her. With winter coming up, I was afraid she would have to be shaved and not have enough protection for the winter. Kristina did a fantastic job!

Never again will I set even a single foot inside this store. We took our service dog to get groomed there, in a pinch instead of his regular one. After we got home we realized he wasn't acting himself. So, upon investigation we discovered a nasty wound on his neck that actually went down his chest. They refunded our groom and insisted on setting us up with a free future groom. They did eventually send us to their vet days later, who turned out to be a quack that hurt him even more instead of helping. We spent almost a week with him unable to work and hiding from everyone and everything. He barely ate. We were terrified he'd never work again. Even now he shakes in fear if we pass by or he hears the name and it used to be his favorite place in the world. The only thing the vet did do was to confirm that it was a clear and obvious case of being cut by the clippers. The managers at PetSmart all insisted that in their investigation that not only could they not see anything in the video but that also it was such an odd wound that they had no clue what it could even be. We have used PetSmart for years buying hundreds of dollars in pet food and the like each month. Helheim, we would spend a good hundred+ dollars every week almost or more. Never again. Beware. The pictures are from just after he was hurt and the wound only got worse. It wasn't until we were able to clean it that we could see it went down further and was draining and infected. Which makes us question the sanity of things. Please, be careful if you ever decide to use their services. It would be wise to avoid them, in our opinion. I implore you, don't let them hurt your pet too.

5/15/23-does not appear to stock shrimp anymore. they have not had shrimp since December. when asked if they can order they say no. shopkeeps are unable to care for the aquatic life they sell. Picture 19/7/23 another disappointing trip to this store. saw more dead fish and of course they dont have shrimp. they say the supplyer has none. the dead fish looked like they had been sitting for awhile pictures 2-5. fish i bought almost immediately developed ich. cmon petsmart....

Great place for bringing my boys to go shopping. My two Huskies love looking at the fish and chinchillas. We love going to the Petsmarts out on the road as we are truck drivers.

Worst fish department I've ever seen I asked if they had oscars 3 different employees said no but they did they had 5 that were all covered in ich basically dying told them about it did nothing called the supervisor whether anything changes I dought it we've bought 5 fish in total from them all had to be treated for ich when we got hone inhumane

I took my best friend Lucy to PetSmart Grooming for her "spa day". They treated her like the little princess she is and did a great job grooming her. Christina gave her extra special care and I felt secure in knowing I was leaving her in good hands! When I picked her up she was all smiles and even got a "perfect" report card!😊🐶 Thanks Christina and the rest of the staff family at PetSmart Grooming !!

Wife and 8 yo son went In today to return a couple fish that had died, they were out of them so son was picking out some different ones and found some he wanted, a n d said he wanted those and the man that was waiting on them said ,and I quote " Why, your mom will just kill them " very professional. Needless to say, I'm done with petsmart !

I bought a two gallon tank from there a while back and have had fish in there since and i going look at fish wait patiently for the women and then she comes over ask me if I was needing help I asked her for two fish she looks for the fish make sure they have them and then asked me how big of a tank that i had two gallons and she says the fish will get to big and then I say do you have any fish for a two gallon she said snails are good shrimp are ok and batas are ok for temporary so she wouldn’t let me get any fish i have researched or look after in the past. I am young but if you go in there and the old man is working there he will treat you as if you know nothing like your dum. So if either of them are there forget getting a fish. If you just set up a tank they will not sell you snail’s because there is no algae but I can’t feed them algae wafers and what happens if you run out of algae they won’t sell you bottom feeders either till you have something else in the tank!

Today was my first time taking my Bully Mix by the grooming salon for a nail trim. I will say, I don't shop here for pet food, treats, or accessories, as I go to Pet Food Center for those items. However, I can definitely speak to how awesome the groomers were today. Even though she is an amazing dog and has the sweetest nature, a lot of people are afraid of bully breeds (such as APBTs, rottweilers, and American bullies) so they are generally hesitant to even allow my pup to be around them. She is definitely high strung though (7 months old, it's expected), and that scares a lot of people as well. The groomers welcomed her with open arms, and they were so kind and reassuring to me. I'm grateful for them and how I was received by the entire crew. Although I have only ever met one person that she doesn't like, and for good reason, she liked them too!

Friendly staff but poor fish department. I've kept fish my whole life, my oldest brother introduced me to the hobby. Their Bettas develop dropsy as soon as they get home. I've had 4 that came down with it the week they come home. Water in my tank is fine (tested) and tanks have all been set up for 5 months now. They're too stressed from the small sales cups and no water changes it seems.

I was in the store yesterday and I had to ask at least 4 times for help in the dog food section. They were extremely under staffed. The cashier was very nice. But after waiting for about 30 minutes for assistance, I FINALLY got some help from the store manager. But I felt very rushed and like I was an inconvenience to the manager. It was like he was telling me anything to be done with me. He didn't even walk to the dog food section with me at all. Very unprofessional!!

There was no associates around to answer questions. The pricing is priced for upper class public and not middle class or lower class families who want the best for their family pets. Also no options for service animal equipment. But the casher was welcoming and friendly and even as she did it all tried to sell the discount beds.

I have 2 dobermans that weigh over 100# each. Why don't yall carry clothing, jackets etc. larger that an XL? My pups need XXL and when they need winter jackets I have to go to petco or online. Petsmart should be accommodating for dogs of all sizes.

Their stocking plan is scheduled a week behind on fish and the truck comes late on Wednesdays. I suggest calling first on Thursday mornings to make sure the fish you'd like are in stock if you live far. The staff were helpful.

I enjoyed the workers (not customers, they get on my nerves). I liked the layout of the store, simple and easy to maneuver. Unlike Walmart, who changes isles and sections like the Maze Runner book, or McDonalds and their ice cream machines dependency. They are pretty expensive considering what products they're selling, which I cannot fully blame on them considering the state of our economy. But I'm still salty about the price of everything everywhere. So almost any place is losing a star (but only one) for how inflated our prices are.
