Was charged $212 cash up front for repair & shipping. When picking up I was told it could not be fixed & they could ship it somewhere to fix for another $100. I told them no I will just buy a new phone. I knew I would loose the shipping fee for the part. Which was not the problem. I was told there is a no refund policy on the labor. From $212 I was refunded $68. The shipping was $35. So they kept $ 110 for no repair.

While visiting family in the Paducah area, my S22 Ultra screen cracked beyond repair and the phone was dead. Mike and Co. had me back up and running in no time with very prompt and courteous service; and a lifetime warranty on the replacement OEM parts. Straight shooters. You can't go wrong with Mike's_iFix!

I highly recommend Mike and his crew to take care of your phone repairs. Took my note 20 to have the charger port replaced, had me in and out in no time works perfectly, he saved me from having to buy a new phone. Definitely worth checking out before you throw out your phone and buy a new one.

Dropped by and got a quick, easy estimate and dropped off my computer a couple weeks later! When i dropped it off (Friday), it wasn’t supposed to be done until Wednesday the next week due to parts. However, I got it on Monday! No trouble picking it up or payment, everyone was super friendly throughout the whole process! My computer looks and works great so i’m very grateful.

***DO NOT TRUST MIKE*** Long rant ahead…So on April 28th, the screen digitizer in my two-year-old iPhone X went out and the AT&T store on Hinkleville Road sent me to Mike’s iFix. They got me in right away, replaced the screen with their "premium" OLED replacement and I even had them replace my battery at the same time. I paid $385 for these services. I got the phone back the same day, it worked just fine and I was a very satisfied customer, we even had a nice conversation while I was getting paperwork settled. Fast forward to May 16th, 18 days later, and I pull my phone out of my pocket and the screen was blank. The phone still rang, beeped, and dinged, but I just couldn’t use the screen. There was absolutely no damage on the glass or the phone, I just pulled it out of my pocket to check the weather and it was blank. I checked my receipt and saw there was a lifetime warranty, (that Mike even mentioned when I had it repaired). Awesome, I thought! Unfortunately, that was Saturday, May 16th and they were already closed for the day, so I had to wait until Tuesday (today) to take it in. So, after they have a look at my phone, Mike informs me there is a “hairline” crack on the inner screen OLED, even with no visible damage anywhere on the outer glass screen or history of physical damage on my part. Mike informs me that there is no way the manufacturer will replace this screen but he can put another one on for the same cost (minus labor). My issue is that I didn’t have a warranty with the manufacturer of the screen he chose to put on my phone, I had a warranty with Mike’s iFix. If I had damaged my phone, I would have eaten the cost, and paid for a new screen or a new phone…but that’s not what happened! I can (and did) buy a new iPhone. I would totally understand if there was visual damage to my device but my phone had not had any rough handling or unusual usage…just normal use. If Mike chooses to put in substandard parts that are easily damaged by normal use within 18 days of installation, that’s Mike’s problem and not my fault. He should replace the screen as guaranteed by HIS warranty, not keep referring to some ethereal “manufacturer’s warranty”…which he conveniently hid behind during the entire conversation we were having when he was telling me how he WASN’T going fix my phone. It is impossible for me to understand how the inner screen can be so fragile as to be cracked without any trauma or damage to the “tough” outer glass when the device was just in my pocket…other than it being a substandard knock-off product. So, if you decide to get your screen replaced at Mike’s iFix, don’t trust his “warranty”, as it is just a cheap gimmick. You should expect the substandard parts he puts in your phone to break with normal usage in less than 30 days, and you should expect to not to get any help from him when you present your “lifetime warranty” when your device fails.

Mike was able to get my phone repaired after it got water damage on a Disney trip. This was very important to me since it had my daughters first Disney trip pictures on it. Mike updated me every couple of days about the progress of the phone. Even if Mike cannot fix it, he has many resources and contacts that he can use to do his best to fix it. Everything about the customer service, quality, timeliness, etc was wonderful! Do not go anywhere else but Mikes!!! You will not be disappointed!

I met Mike back in 2014 when I needed my phone screen replaced. I have been with him every since! Kind, courteous, explains in detail what is needed and/or required, and, if he thinks that it’s not worth fixing, he will tell you to save your money. That’s happened a time or two before with me and because he also has phones for sale, I got a much better phone at a great price! Hands down the best service and knowledge based techs around!

Mike went above and beyond to help me. My sons “voice” went out. He is non verbal/autistic and needs his iPad to voice what he needs. Mike put a new battery in and it wasn’t holding charge. He replaced the battery and then something else was the issue. Mike always was very responsive and called me to keep me updated on the process. Very professional and fast service! He’s got all my future business!!

Highly recommend! Needed my phone fixed immediately and Mike came to my location to pick up my phone. He then fixed and returned my phone to me in under 2 hours. There is no other phone repair service that will pick up and drop off your phone. Exceptional service. Mike is friendly and good at what he does. I will not take my business anywhere else now. I had an iphone 7 that I could no longer access in any way. I went to Verizon, purchased a new phone and because they couldn't access my phone I left without any transfer of data. I use my phone for work and I had to have my data. Frustrated beyond belief at Verizon, I remembered that I had used Mike's Fixit a few years back and was completely satisfied. Without much hope, I called the shop and was told they would be able to access my old phone and transfer the data. I took both phones to the store and within 2.5 hours all of my data had been transferred to my new phone. Not only is their service the absolute best, they are nice and truthful. I still wonder why they could do what Verizon could not, or would not. And the cost of his service is so reasonable. I left there very happy. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars!!!!!
