Went to no less than 5 different furniture stores Saturday looking for a new couch and kitchen table and chairs. I am so tired of getting excuses from them about what they can’t do and what they can’t order I was ready to give up. My husband needed to pick up something from Menards so we stopped in there. SURPRISE Menards had a Lane Brand sectional couch that was the correct color,size and fabric that we were looking for. Two left in the store! So we purchased it. The price was between $500.00-$700.00 less than all the furniture stores and as a bonus we got two area rugs with the couch. The Extra Extra Bonus was the 11%rebate we get for filling out and sending in the rebate form for the couch. Now to give credit to the exceptional Menards Associate, Ray, he had to deal with a tired, angry and disappointed because of all the negative salesperson at the regular furniture store, customer-Me. I don’t think I have ever been so surprised as I was this shopping trip to hear so many “Yes” and “this is what Menards can do for you” as I was Saturday. We did not have to take the couch with us and are able to set up a pickup time of our choosing. Ray thank you so much for your positive attitude and help!!!

I do not have Menards in my area. I always visit when I am traveling in an area that has a location nearby. Great selection with good prices.

Not dog friendly! We have 2 dog training for good citizenship dogs. (So they can visit nursing homes ECT) After visiting for over 2 years they no longer allow any dogs except licensed service dogs. So I will no longer do business.

Shame on Menards, they in no waygive thier disabled customers any kind of reasonable accommodation. All other stores I've been to provide electric carts for their disabled customers. Plus they are the rudest people to deal with. They act so disgusted if you ask for help. I will be.going to Lows from now on.

An employee named Avery was EXTREMELY helpful and polite and patient with me while I was trying to figure out what wood I needed for a project and he was very helpful with figuring out measurements. He even went out of his way to pick better pieces of wood for me! Thank you Avery!

One thing is true here, if you want to save big money, you shop Menards. After years of hearing the jingle, I finally made it into one- this one is so new, the Google imagery hasn’t even shown it yet. It’s like Lowe’s-meets-Big Lots, with may regional and local products. What surprised me most was the food products in what I thought was a hardware store. Loved the walleye steaks, truly Midwest. Likely, if you need something, anything, the ‘Nards has got it. Highly recommend, cheers.

Great store! At Menards you can almost always find what you need. Moved to the West Tennessee area from Wisconsin and so glad to have this store nearby. Good pricing and good quality for the price. VERY large selection of home and building products.

They have just about everything! It’s like Walmart and Lowes had a baby and he is all grown up now. You can order lumber on the app, drive in to the lumber yard and they will load it for you! Best home improvement store ever!

They have most everything we want when going to a hardware type store. They also have things other places like them don't have like household food items that you normally see at a grocery store. Over all decent prices. For the most part freindly employees.

I gotta say I like the layout. Makes things easier to find. All those rebates make it confusing and would be better just making it one said price. Some lumber is of better quality here. And similar pricing to other stores which is a plus. Overall it's a clean store and well organized and I'd definitely reccomend checking it out. Not everything is a bargain here but they do got some sales and discounted items here and there would be worth the trip to look around and see what they got.

Amazing store; I could spend days in there. They need to expand southward, where Lowes and Home Depot need some real competition. I drove up from Alabama just to visit Menards! I can't get much of this stuff in the southeast!

They have a wide range of products besides building materials. From groceries to appliances. The rebate system irritates me, but if you go through the steps, you can get some good pricing.

I could / have gotten lost in here for hours! This place is amazing and has the best pickup for wood around! I highly recommend them for the big stuff. I did have a bad experience one time with an employee giving me attitude but that's 1 in probably 35or40 times I've been.

I can't stand that cow divider thing people have to walk through to get into the store. No need for it. It's not like they have 100s of people they need to divide at a time. No one is swarming the store to get in. I'm very petite and short and it's a pain for me to get through, God forbid a bigger person or handicap person try to get in there. Yes they have the gate that is on the side of it you can swing open.. but again, I'm not livestock.

Prices are sometimes a bit high. The 11% rebate is only seasonal and I always seem to miss it when I need a bunch of stuff. :(. Selection is better than other options in town, but they still don't have everything I needed this trip. I do like the hardwood selection (but not the price). Much better than competitors in the area I have shopped.

Customer service in the back was rude because we were coming 3 min to close. We said sorry and he said sure you are. The next day when we unloaded the big shower unit, the shower was on the wrong side. The supervisor informed me that that didn't matter and I could just bring it back. We could not due to being 2 hrs away. Would not even give a small discount for their mistake. Such a shame. This use to be a good store.

Got my cabinets through them was not what I saw on display it was literally particle board cheap and didn’t even look like real cabinets for 6,000 you think you would get a little better quality. Thankfully I could return and get my money back. Definitely would not recommend if you are looking for cabinets

Drove 30 minutes one way to a Menards and purchased a new ceiling fan. Once we got home to install the ceiling fan, was surprised when I opened the box. It had been previously installed by someone. Wires were cut, fan was scratched, pieces loose in the box and pieces even missing. Called the store and was told just to drive back down to the store for a replacement. Was not offered an apology. . Not offered an apology by Andrew from the electric department. I had to ask for an apology. Now I am going back there to get a refund, hopefully.

I just got done shopping at Paducah Menards and I hope I never have to go back. Seriously, it has the worst customer service I've ever experienced including one associate lying to me. Between Lowe's and Home Depot, Menards is at the bottom of the list of hardware stores I'll deal with in Paducah. It's not surprising that they don't offer customer surveys at the bottom of their receipts like their competitors, their management might have do their jobs and train the associates.
