they had all and more of the little plants I was looking for. The employees were very helpful and kind... also everything was well stocked. Very nice selection of succulents! Thank you Lowe's for a great shopping experience ❤️

I went to Lowe's around 7:30 PM on a Thursday to buy paint and paint thinner. The employees were helpful and easy to find, and I found exactly what I needed.However, I was disappointed that no checkout lanes were open, only self-checkout. If I hadn't been in urgent need of paint thinner, I would have left without making a purchase, because that's how much I hate self-checkout.Some people like self-checkout, and more power to them. Personally, I find self-checkout to be de-humanizing and stressful, especially at the end of a long day. Here's an example of why I hate self-checkout, from my experience at Lowe's: After I scanned my items, the large main screen asked me to insert my payment card. I inserted my card into the little card reader, and the large screen said "Processing Payment," with a spinner indicating that I should wait. Then I started hearing an annoying beep. But the large screen still showed "Processing Payment," and still showed the spinner. So I waited, and still the beeping continued. Finally, I realized that the tiny screen on the card reader was asking me to remove my card. (See the attached photo that I took.)Why not put the "Please remove card" message on the large screen also, instead of only on the tiny screen? Why show an inaccurate message on the large screen saying that payment is still processing, when actually it has finished processing? Or better yet, why even have two screens at all, when it would be simpler and more user-friendly to have all interactions done on a single screen? By having two screens, you guarantee that people will frequently be looking at the wrong screen.I stopped shopping at Home Depot ten years ago because they sometimes had only self-checkout open, and Lowe's has gotten thousands of dollars of my business since then, without a penny of my money going to Home Depot. Now I guess I should start giving more business to Hank Brothers True Value, or maybe it's time to finally try Menard's.

Had to ask where aisle 1 was because tarps obviously weren't there (lights) and apparently there's 3 aisle 1's. But found the tarps and ratchets in the aisle 1 in the garden area. No cashiers so had to do self checkout and the lovely worker there helped me. Fairly quick in and out.

I went to buy plants for my flower pots, beds & herbs. Prices were too high. I left w/o buying anything. They did have lemon trees for sale but I passed on them primarily due to price.

Ordered a new pit boss combination smoker/grill. It was assembled and delivered at no extra charge. The delivery drivers actually showed up early and we’re kind enough to bring the grill all the way around to my back porch. This experience deserves more than 5 starsEdit: so its almost a year later and this grill/smoker from Lowe’s is still one of the greatest purchases ever. Use this thing all the time. Recently my oven had issues so I used the smoker to make a frozen pizza and it worked awesome.

Registers down on Christmas Eve, took longer than 30 minutes to get checked out. Did not price the invoice. When requested to price invoice one product was three times the price it was on the shelf. So had to walk around the store to verify the price, and find a manager to approve it.Before that sales people were apparently too busy talking to help me find what I was looking for.

This store is horrid. Never any help. Have had issues with this store over 6 times. Never ever will they get another penny from me. Do better Lowes and you wouldn’t have upset customers. And I am sure I am not the only one

Lowe's is well-stocked and I usually find what I came to buy. But as with all Lowe's that I have visited, they are way over-priced. I noticed that even their "sale" prices are about the regular prices found at Walmart.

Found what we went to purchase. However, there were no physical cashiers, and all of the self-service check out stations required a Lowes member ID to check out and the scanners would not me bypass the memberID requirements . I was planning to leave my selections and exit the store when a Lowes worker walked up and unlocked the machine for normal use.

Awesome store with tons of items in stock. They have parking for Veterans which I appreciate and a 10% discount for VETS. It's nice to be recognized and appreciated as a Veteran. It's not a wind fall but a lot BETTER than Home Despot.

About a month ago, I purchased an outdoor roll blind at an awesome price. However, when my son went to install it, we discovered that it was defective. We returned it to the store & got a refund bc there wasn't another blind of the same size in the color that I wanted. I went across town & purchased two shorter ones (at double the original price of the larger one), but quickly found out that the two were too long together, & one was too short. I ended up using only one, but was unhappy w the look. See photo. I took one of them back & got a refund. Then a couple of weeks ago, I was shopping for flowers there & found that the original size & color that I had originally purchased was in stock. I was worried that I would have an issue with buying it at the cost that I had originally paid. I had my receipt showing the exact size & price that I paid & wanted to "price match". I went to customer service prepared to have to have to fight for that price & talk to a manager to get it! However, I was very pleasantly surprised when the service rep agreed right away to give it to me at my original price!! I even purchased another one for the side of the carport! I haven't been able to get my son back to install the new ones yet, but it will look much better when he does. I cannot say enough good things about Lowes now! I am very pleased with the company. Thank you so much. Btw, I am a female veteran that appreciates the discount that Lowe's gives too. Thanks again. Sorry about the length of this post tho.

First of all if I could give zero stars ….that is what I would do .I ordered a dryer and a microwave from Lowe’s Paducah , kyonly to find out it was going to be delivered from Nashville Tennessee .when they arrived they pluggedin the dryer, which was dented , and did not workso they took everything including the microwave back to the center in Nashville Tennessee .I received the phone call on 10/11/23 saying they had issued the refund to my account…only to find out they have actually charged my account again ,another $850so now I’m out at $1700!!!they refused to look into it any further , said that the issue is with my bank .Lowe’s … charged me twice , instead of issuing my refund .Will NOT order from here again , as their only response is …. They have issued the refund . Meanwhile , my account has been charged $1700 for an order that was taken back to the warehouse

Per Lowes website they honorCraftmans warranty items. Had aleaf blower/ vacuum less than ayear, ( warranty is 3 years),bought atLowes. They would not take it backand replace. Got the runaround fromcustomer service. They said had tobe bought on a Lowes credit card.Left the Paducah store unhappyContacted Craftsmans and they saidLowes should haven taken it backand replaced no questions asked.Don't believe everything on there website. Craftmans is replacing.

Went in here at 8:30 as they close at 10. Needed couple wires cut and found some “part timer” who didn’t know how to cut wire. He had told me they just sent the electrical guy home for the night. He called twice on radio if anyone knew how to cut wire. I told him he can call a manager as all managers know how to cut wire. Glenn the manager on duty happens to walk by the aisle. He said there is Glenn so I call out to him & either he was already in a bad mood or I annoyed him as he was rude to the employee. Telling him cutting wire was the easiest job. I told him “well unfortunately, he wasn’t taught and so you will have the honors” he snapped back at me and said “I have four people on the floor right now” I don’t know what that means Glenn. You’re job as a manager is to do the other jobs that you just sent home. I will take my business else where because they obviously don’t want it.

We could not find the item we were looking for. We found Justin and he directed us to where it should be. We were about to give up when he came to check on us. He came back to see if we'd found it. He went out of his way to help us get the item we came for. He also helped load it into our truck.

I bought a weed eater. The young man who helped me was very helpful. There was a long line at checkouts. They self-help register were down. But the gentleman at the register was fast and efficient got us out quick. So all in all wasn't too bad. Just needed a little patience.

The employees here are very kind and helpful. I don't usually try to bother them, but they are very when I need to. I was in the store this morning in the flooring section. A lady working there, Katie, was very polite and helpful. She had only been working there for a short time but was very helpful and polite in regard to helping us to purchase some flooring.

I was in the garden center to get some retaining wall stones. The stones were on a pallet pushed back under the shelving. I asked a young man who was leaning on a broom who worked there for help getting the stones. He flat out told me no because he was busy. There was no one in site to help, so I walked through the main part of the store looking for help. Walked by the employee break room and it was full. Finally I went back to were the stones were and crawled under the shelving carrying out one at a time, till I had the 36 I needed. Before I left a lady pushed her cart up to get some on the same stones. She had also been told by the same large broom leaning young man that he was busy.

It has everything you would want in a hardware store. Always check prices. Sometimes home Depot is better on pricing sometimes Lowe's. Stay loyal to your wallet.

While at Lowe’s today, I was attempting to check out and gave the cashier my phone number for my veterans discount. Call for the third time in two months Lowes systems has lost my veterans discount. I asked the cashier for a member of management to speak with and approximately 10 minutes later Scott, the front end supervisor nonchalantly strolled up and asked what the problem was. While explaining to him, my concerns, I stated that it seemed like Lowe’s was screwing veterans over only I didn’t use the word screwing. Scott seem to only be able to focus on the fact that I had used a curse word, and had no focus or any concern of what I had expressed to him. I apologize for using a curse word and stated that I thought that he would have a little bit of a thicker skin. At this point, Scott told me just forget it and turned around and walked away. Seeing as Lowe’s always advertises how much they support veterans I would appreciate it if they actually follow through on this. I also think that Scott does not have customer service at the front of his concerns, especially not above his feelings I can definitely say I will be very reluctant to shop at Lowe’s ever again after this experience.
