Wonderful ladies! Full of knowledge and very helpful. They understand that not everyone is a professional in dealing with swimming pools and do not mind to take the time to explain things. I've had my pool for nearly 10 years and they haven't led me wrong. They will work to get you the best price on equipment and supplies and will tell you what you can substitute to save money. I wont go anywhere else for assistance with my pool.

We bought a 33 ft above ground pool 3 yrs ago, and I researched all pool dealers within 100 miles of Paducah.. Lee’s Pools and Spa has the best product selection, prices, installers, and knowledgeable staff!.. They’re extremely helpful, and went out of their way to make our experience in getting our pool up and running, go smoothly!.. I highly recommend them!

I've used every pool place in McCracken county and Marshall county and by far the two ladies at Lee's pools and spas are the nicest and most knowledgeable about any thing to do with pools and spas. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.. I use them frequently because I manage a pool at the Kentucky sheriff's ranch.

They are awesome. They test your water and tell you what you need but never try to sale you anything. But if you need it it’s the best place to buy it cause they are as honest as they come. Me and my pool would be lost without them.

Contacted local buisness to purchase inground pool on 5 different occasions throughout 2021-2022 timespan. Gave contact information and awaited a call back/visit from a man named David multiple times without any follow through or return call. Called other local pool company and had someone out within the week. Very poor follow through and a waste of our time.

I would give Lee's Pool a 10 star rating if I could. After dealing with four other pool companys and waiting four months. I call Lee's Pool on a thursday and my pool was in on Saturday. Me being a deficult customer, they were patient, understanding, and kind with me, fixed everything. They are great and I love my new pool. Thank you.
