The store wasn't extremely busy. I went in later in the evening on a Monday. The store was clean and neat. The staff were polite. I enjoyed shopping when I didn't have to deal with a lot of people. It was easy to find everything I needed too.

I was just over grateful for your cashier, Nate, I came in earlier today to use you all coinstar machine and it was down so I ask the young man if I could set my cup of change by his register why I grabbed some more things in the store..and he replied yes and told me to put it there by him so no one would bother it..when I returned this sweet soul was counting my change out for me to cash it out for me..thank you so much Nate, God bless you..and of course all your staff have been sweet to me when I come in there..that's why I come there often..thank you Kroger❤️🙏..

All the other krogers in town have a night crew this one doesn't staff anyone at night apparently and that's why all the other reviews talk about how poorly it's stocked they don't want to pay people to work nights to unload trucks and stock shelves like they're supposed to do.they also never answers their phone ... several minutes of on hold then it goes to a busy signal.

On the smaller side but with a great selection. The clearance sections are always full of good stuff, the staff is always friendly, and the sales are easy to find.

2nd Review: Went To The Deli For Some Boars Head Smoked Turkey Breast, I Observed The Deli Worker Unloading Her Cart, She Never Noticed Me Standing By Her Station So I Said (calmly) Ma'am. She Looked At And Said "What Do You Want". I Had To Say My Order Twice, My Turkey Breast Was Balled Up In The Ziplock Bag. She Didn't Even Ask Me If Wanted Anything Else. And I Did But Was Afraid To Ask. I Don't Know If She Was Having A Bad Day But I Won't Be Going To That Deli Again.

Selection is disorganized and has an overall dirty appearance. Employees aren’t helpful, more like irritated that we are in their way. Prices are higher than neighborhood stores in the area. If you have to stop, it’s there but there’s better options I am certain.

This Kroger was kinda small from the one in Murray. But it was clean. It could have been stocked better. I didn't like how they received me at the checkout. I had a full cart and the checker and bag boy I went to were not very happy. No smiles or anything. Although I did enjoy not having to unload my basket, the cashier did that. That's why I'm giving a 4 stars. Anything to not have to make me work is all good. 😀

We stood at the deli for 20 mins then the lady looked at us then went to the back and never came back out. So we went to check out and the lady left the register and we stood there for a good 10 mins then went to another register and stood in line when she returned and checked someone out so we started to move back and she seen this and walked off. So we went back asked to talk to someone in charge was told no one would speak to us. Needless to say were never going back there ever again! Completely unprofessional!

I've never had as many problems out of a business as I do this one 95% of the time anything that you need or need to do you can't do there they never have a service desk open they're always out of whatever you need there's always one poor cashier checking out grocery store full of people and the people working are just rude.

Went to buy some mountain dew and saw all the signs on coke products about having to buy 20$ of extra stuff. No signage on Pepsi products. But apparently it applies to all soda. I wish the signage was more specific. It's really unfortunate they'd rather force customers to buy more product to take advantage of a sale. That's not a sale.

The cashier (Trisha - I think) & bagger (Michael) were really top notch. My husband picked up something and went through at the office (they were rather busy), though I mentioned our shopper account she seemed to want to quickly finish so she would not be bothered. So most were great.

i have never had worse service than i do every single month at the bill pay center at this particular kroger. they claim to be open and will be randomly closed without even posting a sign and after waiting for 35 minutes for someone to notice you a manager says “oh haha were not doing that today there’s not enough staff.” today was the fastest i’ve ever been able to get someone to come to the counter to help me and it was only 10 minutes! might have been longer if i wasn’t jumping up and down raising my hand so someone would say “hey, someone over there might need to pay their bills... maybe i should go over there and help!” it’s ridiculous and it makes me dread going inside. too bad there are no other bill pay services nearby that i know of, i would never set foot in here again.

I have tried several times to day to talk to someone to see if they had an item! Every time I called I got transferred and it rang for 5 mins and I hung up!! Need to get better on your serviceB

It's crazy how they run stuff at that store. Have 3 lanes open, but when 2 are having problems keeping up with the customers and they close the third one. I absolutely refuse to ever go to this Kroger ever again. I'd much rather go to Park Ave Kroger and actually be able to get in and out in no time.

Poorly managed. Understaffed. Dirty inside and out, the parking lot looks like a landfill between the baby diapers and loose carts rolling into parked cars. Long waits at checkout. Incompetent customer service desk. This Kroger's location has no redeeming qualities, not one.

I went to the kroger store yesterday they had the coffee i buy all the time on sale with a Mobil app i couldn't get the discount because they said my phone was out of date this is very unfair for people who don't have brand new phones or no phone at all what happened to the Kroger i have shopped at for the last 40 years you use to get the discount if you just bought 5 cans of the coffee not anymore disappointed in Paducah

Better quality than Wmart for sure. But selection not so good but they have something in just about every item I was looking for. Not clear about price but you do save if you're a Kroger member. Store is clean and organized and has baggers as added benefit. It just seems to me that Paducah should be able to support just one of those huge Kroger stores then the selection would blow away the Wmart.

I was just falsely accused of stealing and they was proven wrong. I was followed by a man and he was taking pics of me. Aftter all said and done he did apologize but i was told to file a suit for harrassment,slander,humiliation etc. My 5 yr old grandson and husband was with me. And i had a reciept for everything. I e shopped here for 20 plus years. Really sad. Ha ent even been there in over 2 mos. This is crazy. Unbelievable. Wasnt in the store 1 min before he was taking pi cs of me. Mistaken identity. The Kroger company should be ashamed of this location. The absolute disregard to customer/employee safety is appalling. The baggers don't wear masks, the vendors don't wear masks, and even the managers don't wear masks. If you're one of the mouth-breathing half brained individuals who are afraid of masks and don't believe in covid or science look no further, this is your one stop shop for frozen pizza and a one way trip to the ventilator. If you're smart and take the current pandemic seriously go anywhere else

This is one of three stores, the smallest and probably the oldest one. Kroger know has this digital coupon sales and it only works with their app (to make sure you download the app). Why make changes to the kroger card(incorporating the digital coupon) to get the discount? The Kroger card was working fine before the digital coupon business which confuses the whole thing. Just add all the discounts to the card, swipe it and if I'm buying it I get the discount. It wasn't broken! Why change it?

Small store very cramped wish it was bigger (I hate feeling like I'm tripping over other shoppers) and that they carried my unsweetened almond milk. But otherwise its a great store with really great employees.

Was in there a little after 6pm Sunday. It's an older store, but it was clean. On this trip they had plenty of checkers so we got in and out easily. Just DONT forget your Kroger card.

I love my Kroger!! I have done 75% of my grocery shopping here for the past 7 years - The staff is amazing, they remember me and my kids, and always greet us like friends; the store is always fresh and clean, and over the years, the food in stock has consistently adapted to the frequent shoppers; this is what Krogering is meant to be - I heart Hannan Plaza Kroger 4eva!!!

Prices lower & people friendly. I was given something free because they were sold out of what I wanted. I was shocked when they offered that to me. They also carry out your groceries for you.

This particular Kroger is smaller, aisles are narrower. There are no self check out registers. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Good deals and great quality produce.
