Although alot of there items are off brand , alot are good products. I bought their Predator 3500 watt inverter generator last year to use on my Food Truck. It was more than 1/2 the price of a Honda, and it works great ! Their extended warranty is awesome, well worth the money. It's basically a no questions asked warranty. Just drain the gas, and they will replace it. Have not had to use it, but not knowing the quality of the made in China Predator generator I played it safe.Definitely worth checking them out.

Exchanged a broken torque wrench. Wrench performed well for many years until it didn't. Product has lifetime warranty and management made good on it without my receipt. Thought they could review the purchase history with my phone number, but the system does not go back very far in time. Manager suggested keeping receipts for that purpose and honored the warranty even though my wrench was from a vendor they no longer sell. Much appreciated!

Absolutely HATE going to Paducah Harbor Freight. They NEVER have on the floor what I want, have to hunt someone down to go get it out of the back. They are always so bothered by that. Then EVERY SINGLE TIME I MEAN EVERY TIME I get stuck behind someone that takes 5+ minutes to cash out while they only have one register open. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Store is always cleans with clean restrooms. Items are cheap some work great some not so great.They need switch up the free items some not complaining just explaining. Just saying you only need 99 free mini flashlights, screwdrivers, etc. I think they are so cool I pass them out to travelers/homeless. Winter gloves would be cool free item. 😁Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I'm almost always satisfied with Harbor freight. You know you're not getting top of the line tools that you can use every day for the rest of your life but if you just have small projects and don't mind replacing something every few years most of their products are pretty good. I'm not a fan of their consumables like blades and bits, those seem fairly quick to dull and break. Service is good, they honor their warranties. One odd heads up, I've bought more than 1 tool in a package that was taped shut that had been opened and the new tool had been replaced by an old product. The store took care of it but apparently their clientele might be less than scrupulous.

We need tools for hubby's mechanic business this where we go. Prices are always good, they normally have the tools we need that we can't find anywhere else and the warranties were able to get are amazing. They can be a little short handed at times but if you give them patience it's well worth it. This is a store I don't let hubby go in by himself because we won't have any money left if he does lol
