I asked to buy 40 pieces of chicken and was denied. They said I had to buy 50 pieces, so I said ok. They refused to sell me those 50 pieces, stating they would not have enough to sell to the general public. I am the general public!!! They had 100 pieces and I was denied 40 ..or even 50. What's the difference between me and someone else?

The food was old at 5pmThe heavy set girl told me they couldn't get the fresh food that the lady said she just cooked. The onion rings was hard enough to break a window you could not eat them they were unable everything else was dry. But the role was fresh that was the only thing. This used to be great food here. Now it's nasty. It's my last time to be here.

A bit pricey on some things. But I love this store and they have great wide variety of options here. Some things I go to this store to find when I can't find it elsewhere bc they're usually the ones that might carry certain things other big name stores doesn't have. Including my 24 pack of Sundrop! And even their fruit selection is on point. My son really likes the plumbs. Their deli selection is great. And they offer a hot bar for ready made food. Usually fried chicken, chicken strips, catfish, etc. And a lot of side options. So nice when I don't have time to cook.

Deli chicken & BBQ! Slurp! 🤗🤗🤗 Rita & the crew not so much!Honestly the best chicken in the region (do NOT except old food)...It's so good you'll put up with the ornery attitudes of the deli crew, time & time again, because let's face it... who wants Fortune 500- chicken (kfc,popeye,lees, church, bojangles, fill-a,etc.)?

The staff were efficient and friendly. The lady that wait on me at the deli. Made suggestions on the tasty foods and she made sure that was happy with my purchase. I like going here the store is clean and well lite. Just wish it was one that was closer to my house.They have the best fried chicken by far.

Love the spring garden plants and flowers always great deli clean friendly and great service know long wait in line and wonderful deserts to choose from shout out to bakery strawberry pie and always love the hot bar I'm a chicken liver fan

For the most part I buy all my meat there. Some specials are pretty good. Checkout is very quick compared to other grocery stores. Always courteous and efficient. Prices that aren't special are on the high side

The store is always clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. They offer a good variety of fresh produce as well as meats. Their deli is well known and favored for their fried chicken which is so reasonably priced. It is a nice place to shop whether you are getting your week's groceries or just need something quick.

Loved it!!! Only thing the deli dept. Advertised chicken-leg quarters cooked, and they told me they decided not to prepare them that day! If your going to Advertised a sale, you need to have it!

Nice and friendly employee's. All the food and products here are employee owned and operated (not sure if that's the correct wording)The hot food is always amazing. Great family Size meals. A little pricey, but it isn't processed. Also there is an ACE hardware store here (small but convenient)😀

This was my first visit to this Food Giant and I am really impressed! I purchased theor baked chicken and it was excellent! The store was very clean and fully stocked.it also had a full blown hardware section with nails, etc. It took up two aisles! I was very impressed. This is my new grocery store!

They run a tight place here. The store is clean. The people who work here do their jobs and overall it's a good place to grocery shop. Ace Hardware is a nice add on they have here also. I recommend you give em a try and if you do you will see why I recommend it.

This is a very well kept store. It's a large grocery with a fair sized hardware store inside. Paint color mixing is available, which surprised me. The aisles were wide and the floors and everything else was spotless. I will definitely be back!

The meat department is clean, well stocked, and full of meat that's fresh. The meat manager, John, is friendly, works hard, and willing to help all customers.

It's a nice clean home town store. They have a phenomenal selection in the deli and the pork butt they smoke outdoors is really great. Their meat is very good quality. Love this store and a huge asset to the South side of Paducah and Reidland KY.

It seems like every time I want fried chicken livers they are always out. It doesn't matter what time of day I go. They never offer to make fresh even if you are willing to wait.

I was there for the Craftsman tools and my MoM, uncle and wife were getting some stuff outta the deli to include the best fried chicken in the area..... thanks James and Jimmy for all the help you always give!!! Your absolutely the greatest!!!

Very comprehensive grocery store with an Ace Hardware store inside.Taking my review down. After watching an elderly man/woman (all covered up) showing signs of obvious fear of others I was appalled. One of the younger store managers was wearing a mask. Under his chin. I have voiced my concerns about him and one other before. Almost all customers and cashier's were property masked.Four lines full and this guy had no thought for his customers.

Dogs are allowed in the store which is a public health violation. When I complained I was dismissed. I'm not shopping with nasty dogs licking the cart handle and will tell everyone I know how disgusting it is!

A really good store, although I HATE the hardware store planted in the middle of the store. Their sales are great, overall the prices are good, the meat is always fresh, the produce department great. Good deli. Clean store. 5 stars.

Not as much stock as Walmart. But I feel safer shopping there. I don't want to go to Walmart with this covid virus here! They have sales on Coke products often. And I love their fried chicken in the deli. Everyone is really nice there too. And everyone wears a mask!

They have a great deli section and their chicken is delicious. Many delicious cakes and pies and breads Seem to be always busy in warm weather. Close to Kentucky Lake.
