I love this freakin place!! My husband and I took each one of our kids here to shop for the other parent and they had fun and we did not have to break the bank!!! I bought my youngest daughter a bobs burger shirt for Christmas and she said it was just a little to tight. She had already disposed of the tags so I went up there to see if they would just let me exchange it for the same exact one just one size up. The lady that I spoke with was a little combative at 1st. Like I was trying to get over on the store somehow and I explained to her it's right after Christmas, my house is wrecked I have no clue where the receipt is much less the tags. She almost wasn't going to let me and then she changed her mind and told me to go get the same exact one and bring it back to her. So I went to go get the shirt and they had one left and it was the same size I already had and she said well I'm sry bring the receipt nxt time. 😡 I understand store policy or whatever she was pissed that I even had the audacity to ask for help with but jeeeeez. She made me feel like I was trying to return a $555.00 shirt instead of swapping out a $5.55 shirt.

I called to verify availability of an item that was showing in stock in the store online before driving 50 miles . I was told that the item was available & they had several of that particular item . I arrived the next morning as they opened. The item was not in the store but still was showing available online . The clerk was not helpful at all nor was the manager . I then placed a order online to pick up in the store . My order was canceled but the item is still showing available. Very poor customer service

Great, clean store. I know some of the other reviews said the customer service was not that good, but I disagree. They really helped me out the several times I have been there, even today. They have great stuff for dirt cheap. I come here to scope out the latest My Little Pony products they have from time to time, and they had a few things that were NEVER released in the USA before! I will definitely continue coming here for my collection!

As we walked up to the door, the guy in the red shirt with short blond hair and bangs, shook his head. Then when we got in there he stared at us then said"we finna close" without smiling or anything. Then another guy with long black hair in a rude way said "we close in a couple of min. So if you need something you better hurry" Also there was no hours on the door that said a closing time.

the cashier instructed me to cash myself out at self serve kiosk which I feel was rude of her because of the consumer she has employment but she was a young girl and has no people skills I'm thinking but overall it was a great place to shop

The old chubby lady that “works” at self check-out need to keep her opinion to herself. Not only she was rude about my appearance she tried to ask for my card’s PIN number. What a disappointment from such an outstanding store

Bought a great "Bugha gaming" keyboard for $10, but also bought a tape deck aux adapter for $5 and it was junk. I give the keyboard five stars tho, types amazing and the lights are nice on it, and they have plenty of them in stock! Option to donate to the great charity Alex's Lemonade stand at checkout, decent shopping bags for 25 cents, and I think they take tap to pay. Not bad overall, I'll go back.

It's a lovely store with a good selection of many things. The only issue is one of your workers told me to wear something more "appropriate" next time I come it because it's a children's store. I was wearing an anime shirt I got from the mall attached to the building this location is at. They have similar shirts they sell to what I was wearing. He made me feel very uncomfortable and was rude for no reason. It was a worker with long hair. Sorta a hipster vibe. So be wary if you don't want to feel bad about your attire. Otherwise it's a very awesome store minus that factor.

We love this store! This location was very clean. All the shelf's we're nicely organized, the staff was very kind. Most items are $1.00- $5.00. There is some items up to $12.00 I think was the highest I saw. They have a little bit of everything, from cosmetics to home decor. Even car accessories. The products are about Dollar Store quality. Definitely great place to go to get last minute gift bag ideas and children/teen decor.

One of my favorite places to shop especially with kids. Everything is reasonably priced and sometimes I'm able to find good snacks. The cashiers are always friendly and greet you when you come in. If you need help finding anything, the cashiers will help if they have what you're looking for. The inside of the store is always clean which is surprising with all the kids that are shopping. The parking lot is busy since it's in the mall area but there is always ample amount of parking towards the back of the store. Overall, I've always had a good experience at this store.

This store is one of my favorite places to go. Earbuds for $5.00-$8.00. Cooking appliances for under $20.00. Pet items and so much for kids. Just pop in and take a look. I never walked out empty handed.

I was super excited for this store. But even though the store is clean the people are friendly they have all self checkouts except for one which wasn't even an option when I was there and only one of the self checkouts uses cash. You still have to wait in line which was not marked very well on how to even get to the registers. I dont mind a self check out but not if that's all your going to have.

The young lady, you have working the registers is very professional, and very nice!!, my g daughters,love this store,and I'll come back(even though they wanna spend hours,lol) ,for that reason...please continue to hire these type of young folks..

The pricing on everything was fine, but the customer service was OUTRAGEOUS! There was a big line at the cash only line and no one at the card stations. The nice family in front of us was paying and the cashier accidentally typed in the wrong amount of change. So she called the manager to come and fix the system. First of all, she wouldn’t even come out of her office to help. Someone had to go and get her. After she finally came out to do her job, she preceded to go and fix a deserted card station that no one was using, instead of helping a huge, long line. She literally sat there waiting for it to “load” for around 15 minutes while there was no progressing in the line. After she fixed the card machine that no one was using, she took 15 SECONDS to fix the cash register. It was a total waste of time with the customer service, and we will NOT be coming back.
