I love visiting this Family Dollar store. My husband and I are always politely greeted by the carpets saying hello to us every time we come through. They have wonderful customer service, plus they're day and efficient at checking is out. I'd recommend shipping at this store than the one on Irvin Cobb any day.

The staff is always excellent and take care of all the customer with decency and respect. Very attentive and kind. Knowledgeable about the stores inventory and understands what the customer wants and needs first. Awesome, for me. Only suggestion....change the isles where they run front to back door to optimize space and increase inventory. Love the store and the people!!!

Accused me of stealing bc cashier looked at me first as I was looking at sweets and had hands on pocket like it's not cold asl out horrible ghetto place fr high prices

The service was great but the selection of Pepsi products was just horrible. There were 3 Pepsi display coolers and none of them worked. I found out that the Pepsi representative does not come often enough. I feel that this should be followed by the district manager because the store staff are not getting any help. Again the staff were great and deserve more appreciation for their work.

Its ok I guess if you can go there when the employees don't have their kids there the kids run all over the store and parking lot they bump in to you and if you say anything to them they go make up stories about you and their family member ask you to leave.I watched as 1 boy did this to a older woman it was shocking to see a customer treated this way..I wanted to speak up but was afrade I would also get told to leave.no way to run a company I now go to another family dollar store.the store on the inside is a mess hard to find what you need in that store.glad I went to another store as it is better run and no kids running all over the store for hrs at a time

Good place for toiletries, cleaning items, and quick run in and grab chips, drinks, or candy. However, the hours that the employees have been cut back and forced to work with, has given no time for curb appeal or store cleanliness. No incentive for employees to take pride in their job with the low pay, even for the Paducah area. If the wages are paid where people can have a little pride in the work place, then and only then will there be quality workers that love their jobs and in return will get things done properly and efficiently. I'm not sure why the upper pencil pushers setting in their offices can't understand this. With good quality employees that love what they do, the bottom line with be there. Less turn over, less absenteeism, a clean and more productive store, better full-time employees, a better and more positive attitude which will be went to the customers that walk through the door. There for raising profit margins and a place that everyone will want to go into and Shop not just for cheaper prices but for the I feel of being respected and sharing a smile with others.

Came from Atlanta to see family and decided to stop for a few items. The store was a mess and the biggest issue I had was the cashier actually checked my $5 bill with a counterfeit pen. Really?? Management needs to reevaluate their policies. I'm telling all family and friends about my experience. I'll NEVER go back.

I only needed a few items and it's only a few blocks from my home. It's a very convenient place for quick shopping trips.I don't buy Powerade there anymore because it's $.32 more than it is at Wal-Mart.
