Never have prescriptions ready on time. Always have to make multiple trips. Things are not in stock. Receive wrong milligram on medications you always have. The upper staff in pharmacy treat the cashiers horribly and no one there makes enough money to put up with all of that plus upset customers from things running so badly.

First time was great. Second time not so much. One prescription out of stock and we had to make a 2nd trip there for the other prescription because of some mess up. We could not get an explanation of what happened. Tried calling before going back the 2nd time, but we were on hold for too long. Will be switching pharmacies.

Staff are always kind and courteous. The store is always clean and well organized. The pharmacists have always been thorough about explaining or helping me with new prescriptions. Overall, this is a great choice for my pharmacy needs and have a great selection of over-the-counter items.

Sometimes I feel like they treat me differently because of what medications I receive. The pharmacist that works late at night is very courteous, friendly, and fast. But during the day I've encountered numerous issues. Too many to even list here.

This is the #1 CVS Pharmacy Store in the City of Paducah! Good people. Great prices. Excellent sales and service. Newly renovated store and pharmacy now with an up to date drive-thru for their pharmacy. Open 24/7. Just across the road from Hannan Plaza Shopping Centre on Lone Oak Rd.

Great coupons. Just remember to check for online discounts before you go in. It will load discounts automatically on your CVS card and take it at the register when you pay. I just did it and it saved me 40 percent on 1 item which was about sic bucks!
