So unprofessional. They ask about what your medication is in front of customers even if it's a sensitive issue,and don't even fill prescriptions that they told you to come back for you basically have to beg for your medicine even through they have already been payed by your insurance days ago I have went there 3 times this week to fill 1 prescription and they keep not filling it and selling all of the meds. Why is it my job to remind them daily that they haven't filled my script I should just be able to come back to the store and it be filled and on the shelf ya know like the whole entire business model of a pharmacy

They need some kind of new set up for drive thru. Clearly they are busy but the wait times are long unless you go around 8 am. Don’t even attempt to call no one will answer. I let the phone ring one day for 30 mins. I finally hung up. When you back there you just hear that phone ringing and ringing, if I call the pharmacy it’s for a legitimate reason because I k ow their busy. I do however expect someone to answer the phone. Maybe y’all need a larger pharmacy.

I went to CVS around 8:50p there was 2 people in front or me a Honda and a older model suburban. I got to the window approximately 9p they put the board up to the window after I waited patiently and in line before they closed. How rude was that of them I am sure they can see outside, but still did not have the decency to wait on me after I waited. I went inside to get the guy name and he said it was "Jimmy" (African American). I see why you all have bad reviews and turnovers maybe it is the cvs pharmacy every where. Thanks for nothing!

I’d rate the pharmacy zero stars if I could. Always out of stock, always have signage saying short staffed, yet completely shut down for lunch with half a dozen people working. It’s absolutely pathetic. Avoid at all costs.

Employees are always helpful, if you can find them.I left my credit card in the store, was notified, and returned to the store to retrieve it. Found a employee stocking(only one on the floor), introduced myself and was given my card.

This is quite possibly the most inept pharmacy staff in western Kentucky, if not North America. The pharmacist on duty must’ve gotten her degree by mail as she did not understand a simple prescription for a typhoid vaccine. 4 pills mind you, FOUR. (Taken every other day for a week) < that simple script confounded her…. to the point that even after FOUR trips in the store she still couldn’t get it done.The real kicker was the bald-headed F2M trans who carried the banner for the whole team… He had her coworkers back and intervened with a brilliant solution! Maybe go to a different pharmacy. Perfect. I will! And so I recommend you do the same…Great job CVS. You have some real winners at this location. Way to serve your customers

Sitting in the drive-thru with the tech working on the scripts. She comes back to the window to say we are closing now (it was 1:30) and you will have to come back after 2 to get your scripts. The meds were called in by the hospital at 10 that morning. Customer service is non-existent at this location. If I could rate this a negative I most certainly would.

Awful service every time. Leave urgent care and try to call CVS to alert them we are on our way (sick child) but no one answers. 30 minutes after it’s sent to CVS they say oh we just got it. Wait 20 minutes. I wait and then they said it’s still processing come back in 10 more minutes. No one is in the drive thru behind me and he makes me leave the window.

In all honesty this location deserves a 1 star, but they have at least one good pharmacist that brings it up. Why we continue to go here who knows. If a doctor sends an electronic prescription to this location do NOT count on them getting it or all of it. My wife tried one time for a week where the doctor would send it yet they claimed they would never get it. Finally she had the doctor send it to a town an hour away to that CVS and within 10 minutes they called and had it ready. Last three times I had the doctor give me a hard copy just in case and every time I needed it. Then today I made the mistake of not getting there 3 minutes before they closed (6pm). Of course same excuse they didnt receive it and I'd have to wait till tomorrow. We always used them since they were 24/7 and nationwide, so if we did travel we could get prescriptions filled all over with our insurance on file. But due to what I believe is incompetence and no longer being 24/7 we may as well move our business to a local pharmacy that actually wants to please their customers

Pros.The staff who work there are friendly and try their best to help you with what they have to work with.Cons.Always understaffed.4+ Hour wait times on medications to be filled.1+ Hour wait in drive through.Calls to the pharmacy take around 20 Minutes + for someone to answer.The building is neglected and falling apart from the outside.Products inside are incredibly overpriced. You can walk to the Kroger across the street and buy the same items for half the price.I feel horrible for the staff here. They are doing their best and I am sure they don't get paid nearly enough to work in this place.

Guess I spoke too soon! Not only have I had SO many issues getting my grandma’s medicine filled on a proper schedule, but I have a son who is on special shots and the Speciality department has been a nightmare getting those sent on time.Haven’t had one bad experience! They’ve been so quick to fill and help when needed! I use the app to get the prescriptions ready, so my wait time isn’t too long as well.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. I always have to wait a very very long time at this location. They also suddenly started saying my son isn’t on my insurance and they can’t fill it with my insurance even though they have used my insurance before that I have had since his birth. It has happened several times and when questioned why no other pharmacy. Has difficulty they were just like idk do you want to pay cash price. Bad experience every single time

They advertise as 24 hours but out a sign up saying they close at midnight. They apparently close whenever they feel like it. My son was sick and I rushed there only for them to close ten minutes early because they claimed the “computers were down”. Just like McDonald’s is always cleaning the ice cream or smoothie machine when they don’t feel like making a smoothie.

Ordered a refill over a week ago was supposed to be mailed. Says it was filled on Jan 5 but they have no record of it. Wait two hours for them to fill it while I waited still didn't get it.Store and website says open 24 hrs. Nope doesn't open until 8 am.Have set up refills by mail, it works for a month or two then I have to go through the entire process again

Horrible staff. Not helpful with answering questions. Horrible wait-I have been told to go home and come back a different day for my prescription. I have got notifications that they are ready to pick up and then the techs can not find them any where. Pharmacy technicians have literally yelled out all of my prescriptions and what they are for for the entire waiting room to hear. I heard one say another persons entire social security number out loud! Used this pharmacy for 1.5 years and definitely do not recommend. The service never got better. It doesn't matter what of the week, what time of the day- they always act and claim like they are too busy to help.

The young cashier at the pharmacy is very rude. She talks back to customers when they ask why their appointments are being canceled with no reason. Also she disrespected my wife when my wife tried to ask for clarifications. This is not how you treat customers period. CVS should train their staff on customer engagement.

Pharmacy gave me some else's medicine a very critical and important one at that. So not only did I not get my prescription but someone didn't get there's on time either. I didn't realize it until I was hours away since u was going out of town and the paper stapled to the bag had my name and info but medicine 8n the bag was incorrect

I am pulling my medicine and the meds of all who live in my home out of this pharmacy. I am tired of waiting on hold to have meds refilled for no less then 30 minutes. This place is ridiculous. Most of the staff is nice dont get me wrong. But the one pharmacist is rude has messed up my meds, count amount of pills wrong. Say 60 pills a month and I'm always short or will get half pills. Waited on hold for 40 minutes today to get my medicine refilled due to my dumb butt throwing away the RX number. Got ticked off when I hit 44 minutes and hung up. Just tried to call again hit the 30 minute mark I hung up. I'm going to another pharmacy and I do plan to file a complaint with their corporate office. Apparently reviews on this pharmacy is not looked at by the company otherwise they would have changed things a long time ago. No wonder why people quit working at that place. My son decided to call them to see if he could get someone on the phone so I could get my medicine refilled hes been on hold for almost 20 minutes

I will no longer be using this pharmacy. There's ALWAYS a guarantee that you'll be waiting for at least 30 minutes to pick up your prescription from the line of people. It's ridiculous! They never have enough staff and on top of that, they aren't even friendly. I've heard them yell out other patient's medication in front of customers waiting. Can we say HIPPA violation?? I used Strawberry Hills Pharmacy last month for a prescription and they will be my primary pharmacy from here on out. I never have to wait that long when I go in there and the staff is super friendly! Why I used CVS this long, I do not know! But what I do know is if you're in a good mood and walk into this CVS pharmacy, you'll leave in a horribly, irritated mood.

Josh, refused to fill my prescription of xanax because I picked up the previous prescription 5 days after it was filled due to having some left over pills. So I was refused my refill for not taking more pills than I needed as the prescription directed 1 or 2 per day "as needed". When I quoted him the federal code, he said he was allowed to refuse to fill a script. Not true per the code. Guess who's getting a complaint filed against him?

Completely unprofessional. I have been a health care provider for 20+ years and dealing with Kathy at this CVS pharmacy was so disturbing. Unhelpful in dealing with a prescription request, asking about the phone number I was calling from and unwilling to help resolve a patient issue. Last thing I want to as a provider is argue with the pharmacy about the incorrect information they have, but she was so difficult.

It was midnight I was exhausted after 7 hours at the emergency room with my husband . I don’t know what I said to upset the pharmacistHe pushed the scrips across the counter and refused to fill them. He told me not to bite the hand that fed me He eventually gave me the meds when I apologized for whatever I had said to upset him and explained that I was upset due to exhaustion he said that was not his problem

This is the worst pharmacy ever !! Do not waste your time at CVS Pharmacy Hanna plaza Paducah Ky. The gray hair woman must hate working there so much ,she is ruining this Pharmacy in the dirt. Everyone hates to go here, everyone has all ways told me such bad things about this store and the terrible pharmacist, I have given them chance after chance, but never again will I go there, I’m free from their trintiy . But she is not, forever to work in the hell she help create. Rot in in my dear!!

Terrible service in this pharmacy! They laughed and belittled me for attempting to use a coupon from GoodRx.The cashier even took my phone to the manager in the back, who also- literally- laughed. He stated that GoodRx is a fake app that sells your personal information to other companies.I stated that Walgreens across the street happily takes the aggregate coupons from GoodRx, and every other pharmacy in town, but he did NOT care about losing business, and belittled me again.I'm writing this after my doctor easily changed the prescription to Walgreen's, and I've been reminded why I haven't used CVS in years!

I honestly wish I could give this 0 stars. I’ve used this cvs for years now regularly only for the fact that they’re open 24/7 but it just isn’t worth it anymore. Apart from the super long wait times, they’ve been out of stock of general meds regualry, rude staff AND they mislabeled a serious medication dosage that thank God my relative caught before I finished them or who knows what could have happened. Never again.
