This business is above and beyond 5 stars absolutely hands down the best. 1. The place is nice and clean and organized. 2. The staff is very nice and professional all the way around. 3. My bearded dragon Frank was loved, and cared for like their own. Everyone took care of him like it was their own. He was shown off in the office and everyone loved him. I will be bringing him back to them only to take care of my baby. This place I highly recommend to everyone.

Furkidz (n/k/a Critterville) I'm sure I will be labeled as a disgruntled prior employee, but as pictures and stories are coming to light of the treatment and deaths of dogs at this business, I felt it was time. Please be very careful using this facility. The turnover rate is astronomical here, so training is lacking on all fronts. Make sure you get what you pay for. There is more to say, but since anyone who speaks out is threatened with a lawsuit, I'm afraid to say much more. *As per their reply, they have threatened a lawsuit just as I said they would.

Critterville has an excellent new groomer! We'd had some issues in the past with a previous groomer and had stopped coming by, but I'm so glad we gave them another chance! Our husky looks so fresh and clean, and he was sent home wearing a little bow tie. It made my evening. Thanks team!

I trusted this business to board my fur child. He was severely injured due to a rusty old nasty dog cage. The staff lied to me about what actually happened. But my investigation revealed the truth and the pictures attached also shows the condition of the cage. If the truth had been told to me and his treatment was explained then I might not be posting this review. The staff agreed NOT to tell me the truth because of neglect plus the time he was unattended to. But one staff member did not feel comfortable with the deception. So the call was made to me directly. After speaking to my coworkers and friends with pets, I should not have and will never leave him there again. Yes they did not charge for his boarding and paid for his vet visit because I took him when they should have immediately. I stayed professional but made my demands very clear of what i knew and the owner to contact me. He is slowly recovering and able to put some pressure on his paw today with slight decreasing in swelling and two prescriptions. Oddly, FurKidz has not called once to check on him.

This place is AMAZING! I boarded my dog for a few days and added on the doggy daycamp & video access in his kennel. Pictures were posted daily of my fur baby having fun with all the other doggos at daycamp which was nice to see while I was away. I had to call a few times for the video access because there was a "server error" each time I logged on. The front desk was very helpful and tried to troubleshoot the issue with the IT company. Unfortunately, the video access didn't connect while my dog was there but they removed the charge from my bill due to the error. When I came to pick up my dog, all the staff was so friendly and they interacted well with my dog. I highly recommend this place!

I absolutely love bringing my fur baby here!! My kitty really enjoys being there with the staff, they let her roam the cat room as well as they send me pictures of my pumpkin. I have never once had a bad experience at Critterville! The staff is very friendly and always address my concerns & questions.I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here if you want them to have an AMAZING experience while boarding.

The staff is great..... They do need to expand, and the pet Areas need to be expanded..... they really seem sincere..... But I probably wouldn't put your pet there long term because of the tight quarters.... But would not hesitate to leave them with these nice folks.

I give them 2 stars. The staff is nice, they took care of my bode while I went to Florida for 5 days when I got back my little guy had an infection on his testicular area. They said it wasn’t there fault I took him to the veterinary clinic and the had to give him some antibiotics. The owner refused to pay for it said it wasn’t there fault, they ended up paying half of the 90 dollars and also I brought a full bag of dog food science diet they must have fed the other dogs from my dog food because 1 bag last my dog 2 months and when I got the bag back it was almost gone. I will not be back there and I don’t recommend taking your dog there for long periods of time.

Don't let the name fool you. It's the same woman from Furkidz, she changed the name because of the news stories and factual horrendous reviews.The owner has had multiple violations against her for mistreatment and over crowding. They will house your pets in their bathroom. All she cares about is money, she actually has 3 of her dogs housed there and she NEVER sees them. They get let out for maybe 30 minutes that's it. If your dog is scared, difficult, or non social they will be ignored. They spray your pets with perfume before you get them back to cover up the smell of urine and feces. I will never bring my dog back there after finding all this out.

The latest review is from someone who works there trying to act like a client to promote higher ratings. It's the same place as Furkidz, the owner just changed the name because of, well a simple google search will tell you all you need to know. I wish I would have done my research before giving them my time.

The owner is lovely, she's very kind and was so patient with my senior dog. However, this place smells putrid. I asked for a go-home bath for my dog and I nearly vomited driving him home. I had to give him another bath to get the smell off, and completely air my car and house out to get rid of the stench. His bed was filthy picking him up too. It's inexpensive and seems nice, but the smell was ungodly. I wish u was exaggerating when I say it smelled like months old rot, mold, and filth.

I have taken my dog here twice and they did an outstanding job. So when it was time to get her hair cut again, they told me it would be a 4 month wait. Today, 2 days before the appointment I get a voicemail saying they have to cancel because their one groomer quit. Please tell me they don't just have one groomer. Very disappointed. Bottom line is my dog needs hair cut asap.

Boarded my cats here several times, but only when I worked that shift.Worked here for about a year as a receptionist. When I started the vaccination records were a dumpster fire. Tried to organize them but stopped when I noticed not ALL of the customers were expected to provide them before their dogs daycamped with us. Brought this up several times but nothing was ever changed.Not a good place to work. I don't have a dog, but if I did I wouldn't bring it here.

I have a very skiddish, nervous, picky eater Chihuahua and Furkidz made sure she ate the two days and nights she was there. And that's no easy task with my baby! They also gave my mother's dog two insulin shots per day while we were gone. They listened to our concerns and instructions very carefully. The fact that they take such good care of our fur babies gave us peace of mind about leaving them there. They love every baby that comes in there! Love Furkidz!!

FurKidz is absolutely wonderful. I will never take my dogs anywhere else again. My dogs are so happy when they go there and they are still happy when I pick them up. The staff is friendly and I can tell that they all love animals. They are great with my dogs (and my dogs are needy!) I highly recommend this place. You won't regret it.

I took my dog to furkidz and I had her bathed and groomed. I’ve had her boarded at furkidz to. I got a tour of the facility. It is an amazing and safe pet hotel and I should know, I’m been doing business with Furkidz for 8 years and I strongly recommend them!!

My doberman enjoyed several days of doggie daycare and a night of boarding while I was visiting the Paducah area. I felt great about the entire staff, facility and quality of care he received there. And I'm not sure how the groomer made a black dog even shinier and blacker than he already was, but he did. I would definitely bring him back when we return.

Hazel Mae loves to play with her fur friends. She enjoys socializing and getting much needed exercise while the family is at work and school. The staff is amazing (Especially Tisha) . They spoil her rotten. I feel comfortable and confident that she is in good hands while spending time at Furkidz.
