Dr. Winn and his vet tech were so kind and gentle with Piper. At previous visits with a vet back in California we had to muzzle her. Not today! They loved on her, were patient and took their time. I couldn’t have asked for a better first vet experience in Kentucky!

This was my first vet visit with my new Morkie Puppy. I haven’t had a dog since my pit bull died 11 years ago. So, I’ve really lost touch with being a dog owner. I had a lot of question that were answered very well by the vet when I asked the questions... It did feel like a very rushed visit, but I’m sure they were busy. They took my puppy’s weight and said they will come back with results. I was a little confused as to what results she was talking about. Apparently they did a stool sample when they did her weight. I didn’t know that’s what they would be testing on her or else I would have told them not to because she had just had it done at the breeders vet a few weeks prior. I ended up having to pay quite a bit for that visit when a few things could have been avoided if they would have just communicated better. Other then that they seemed nice and good with my new puppy.

Dr. Kelley and the entire staff made us and Jasper feel welcome, and wanted. It was Jaspers first time there and while he was nervous, they did a wonderful job and keeping him comfortable and his tail wagging. They were also very professional, proficient and easy to work with and communicate with. The prices are wonderfully reasonable.

I am going to try and not be too harsh when it comes to professionalism and actual animal care that went into this, as I am writing from a place of grief. We brought our cat in when he suddenly began to show signs of disorientation and incontinence. When our cat who never wants to be held all of a sudden wants to be carried everywhere, we decided to rush him in. Unfortunately this happened at 3:45 and we knew our general vet would be closed. Since Ceglinski's hours said till 5 my husband rushed him over and got in at 4:10. He was then turned away because the tests they needed to run may run over 5pm. We had an awful night of the cat crying and went first thing to Lone Oak Animal to be told his kidneys shut down, and we had to put him to sleep. I would like to urge Ceglinski to put up policies such as when they cut off taking new patients during the day, and possibly clarify the fact of what Urgent Care is on their website. I am so heart broken right now, and I feel so guilty that he had a night of pain that we couldnt help him through.

They are all awesome. I have a golden Retriever named Lilly that they take care of since she was a baby and she will be 5 in October and they take care of my Tiller which is a golden doodle and he will be 3 this September. All the doctors are great to my fur babies and I trust them fully when they are in their hands for their care and needs. I love John Kelly for all he does and addressing my concerns but all of the doctors are very good. Very happy to be there.

I first chose this clinic due to its convenience of being 10 minutes away from my apartment as well as a recommendation from my mom, who had positive experiences with her cat at this place. Sure, it was expensive, but any animal clinic would be. This one, however, stood out because it felt very homey and I felt like the vets were guiding me and my cat every step of the way. As a first-time pet owner, I really appreciated this. Also, they gave my cat a badge as a reward for getting vaccinated and I think she looks even more adorable with it.

Both Dr. Kelly and his staff were awesome with both the dogs but with us the pet parents as well. Dr. Kelly meets the dogs on their level super awesome. We will continue bringing our wonderful dogs to this clinic. We had a bonus with our visit by Dr. Rushing a super boxer fan, it was much fun and put the pets as ease. Thank you all.

Can't say enough great things about Dr John Kelley. He literally saved my Standard Poodles life after being stung by a large amount of bees.He is a down to earth Vet who I highly recommend!!!!

This veterinary service has a loving and very helpful staff that makes both the pets, and their servants feel their caring affection. They do the best to make sure our pets live painless lives and they treat the terminally ill pets so that they enjoy pain free lives until the end. And when the time requires, they assist a pet in passing with a great deal of love and respect. They help ease the pain of pet owners during this sad event in your pet's life! They are also great with puppies and kittens and provide the needed help to raise a new family member. I would never take my loved ones to any other veterinary service, and I recommend you take your loved ones here and you will see what I mean.

They turned my daughters extremely sick (service dog) puppy away just because they "weren't taking new patients". While my husband was standing in their office with my seriously ill puppy. We are lucky our puppy did not die. Paducah animal clinic happily accepted our puppy. They said had he not been seen then he would have died. I highly recommend that you go to a vet that cares about animals because Ceglinski does not care. It's all about $$$.

I have been using this vet service for over 40 yrs. I hated that Dr Ceglinski left. But the other vets there are excellent. The staff is friendly & helpful. I especially like John & Renee. I have had many breeds of dogs that received care there. There were a few years that I was not living on that side of town & used another vet but as soon as I moved back, I immediately started taking my dogs there. You can’t go wrong taking your animals to this veterinary clinic!

Ceglinski Animal Clinic is the best. I have been taking my fur babies there for 7 yrs. Dr. Kelly is so compassionate and thorough with the animals and let's not forget about the owners of the babies. When I take my Australian Shepard, I am always anxious and worried. Immediately, from the front desk and on, the staff make me feel so much better. They all are very concerned, loving, and knowledgeable toward myself and my fur baby. Fancy loves to see the girls and Dr. Kelly.

I was impressed at how well they got us in and out with it being a Monday and very busy! The vet was very knowledgeable and gave me great insight as to what might be going on with my cat. We came up with a great plan to get her the best care. I thought the cost was reasonable too. The only downside was the wait time on hold to make the appt. But it was a late call on a Monday.
