I went shopping at Banks Market today. I thought it was very nice. The employees were very helpful! They had a good variety of fruits and vegetables as well as meat.

This is a very nice hometown store, I’ve always thought this. Employees are friendly, and I can tell how they really want to keep it clean. Although I miss the young and small curly brown haired girl that was all over the store, mainly in the office. She was always a very pleasant part of my shopping experience, very kind. The deli food is great for when you’re craving food that tastes homemade. Most of the time I can tell how hard they work back there, which customers should appreciate. I also like how the store manager accepts new item requests from customers, and genuinely tries to get the product for the store ( I believe his name might be Tyler)

I CANNOT say enough good things about Banks Market! The hot bar is always amazing every day, the fried chicken and fish is the best! The banana pudding is super awesome as well as all the salads in the deli. Don't leave without getting a few Royale cookies too! The staff is always nice and friendly! Pretty much the best grocery in Paducah!

Stopped in for Valentine's flowers. They had a decent selection at a very reasonable price. Easy in and out. If I were a local I'd probably shop there regularly.

Stopped by the deli for lunch. Most people were courteous but the lady making the sandwiches wouldn’t sell one to my daughter without the cheese she was using. Then my daughter tried to get another sandwich with bacon and she told her they only put bacon on the one with the Gouda! We left and went right to old Pughs midway and got exactly what she wanted

A great little neighborhood grocery store here in the Lone Oak Community! Moderately to highly priced on almost all of their groceries it has a premium meat and deli department and a GREAT frozen food and dairy section to!

Nice local grocery option. Not as wide a selection as bigger stores but they tend to carry some products you may not find elsewhere. Great deli and a very good meat department. Decent deals on meat and will also cut your purchase up for you if needed.

I like most everything about the store but im not sure what has changed the last year or so in the meat department. there are several people working back there that arent nice and dont really want to help. not everyone back there but seems i always get the ones that feel like they are giving me free food.

Got called in for a job interview. I am retired, and wish to find something to get me out of the house. Like 15-18 hours a week. Any time and any days. Well Tyler called me and I went in this afternoon. First words out of his mouth were " We are kind of old school around here, no pink hair" I said okay I have been pink for over 4 years so I guess this isn't the job for me, and I walked out. Quickest job interview ever. So I guess I can say i have been discriminated against due to my hair color. Sad for banks that they can be so closed minded and discriminate towards someones hair color.

They made a Birthday cake for my mom's 90th party. It was beautiful and so delicious. Everyone commented on the cake.

Really nice grocery store the deli is nice. they have a butcher. Well stocked frozen foods. Fresh Asian food made rite there.I think it's a great store close by. Not as cheap as walmart but you get quality meats, fresh fruit , and vegetables and fried fish very freindly staff a choice of self check out or check out.

Great and clean store. Cashiers are always friendly. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I know most people hate Tyler but I really like him and his work ethic. I always have friendly encounters with him. He really seems like the glue to the whole operation. He’s also very handsome.

This review is for the man who works everyday in the Sushi with Gusto dept. He is so very polite and remembers my order even if I haven’t been in to order in weeks. He makes it fresh with no problem every time. That is true customer service. That is being lost this day in age. He deserves recognition for a job well done!! Thanks for the awesome nigiri every time ❤️

Very clean store, very upscale appearance for a grocery store. I also like that Banks is locally owned. The Produce department is gorgeous, and has an ambience to it that makes me enjoy selecting vegetables. It makes grocery shopping a very pleasant experience, rather than a tedious chore. I go there for their fresh sushi, but they have alot of other nice things I can't get in other places. The hamburger meat is the best I have had. Their butchers grind it fresh daily and mix the fat ratio themselves. It is insanely good. The first time I tried it, I was really surprised at the difference in taste from other grocery stores. For me, it's worth traveling the extra distance to enjoy shopping at this store

I go for their smoked ready to eat ribs and pork chops. Sometimes the chicken but not often. Everyone in this store is friendly, it is always emaculantly clean, and they have a wonderful selection you cant find just anywhere. Wish there was one in my neighborhood.

Five months since last review: changes seemed to have been made with management so now you get 5 ⭐. Love the deals as usual and some new staff are really nice. A stocker named Danny was super helpful too!

Outstanding customer in meat dept. Went above and beyond to help me with a bone in prime rib roast..on a Sunday afternoon..totally full service and i will most certainly go back. I went to 3 other groceries closer to me..found no butcher in house..really appreciated all the help in their meat dept. Other staff also helpful with other items..highly recommend. Huge variety of quality products.

They have the friendliest employees than anywhere else. Some things are a bit more pricey than other places but that's ok. The place is clean, well stocked, and well organized.
