No receipt at kiosk, they forgot to bring cups for drinks. Had to get up and grab those. Sweet tea canister was empty. Had to ask them to fill it from behind counter. Coke product was straight carbonated water no syrup. Ketchup was empty. Went to counter and stood for several minutes as manager walked by and never asked if I needed anything. Floor was extremely nasty. French fries was ice cold.

The most friendly McDonald's I have been to. I used to love going to McDonald's since it USED to be a great place to go on a budget but now it's just as high as everywhere else! You used to be able to feed a family of three for 10 bucks but now your lucky to spend less than 25! Dollar items are history as well as the quality and the accuracy of the orders. 9 times out of 10 they mess your order up! If it wasn't for the hash browns and Mcgriddles I would have boycotted them a long time ago...

I come here pretty often due to working very close by. They open very early which is convenient because I work 3rd shift, so it's nice to have a location that even with my hours, is typically open when I need them to be. The food is normally fine, and I haven't had any issues yet in terms of receiving the wrong items. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star is because every now and then, you have to wait a surprisingly long time for what seems like a very simple order. This isn't an issue all of the time, as I've had experiences of receiving my food pretty much instantly, but it can occur and set you back a bit of time. Still definitely recommend swinging by here if you're in the area, and need a quick meal.

Employee's was super nice but I ordered a fish sandwich & fries & they were nasty tasting. I tossed them out to a dog, They tasted like they were cooked in oil that had been sitting for a month. Very nasty, Won't ever be eating at Owensville, KY McDonald's ever again & most definitely would not recommend it to any one to eat there.

Order was not repeated back which resulted in overpaying and receive the wrong food items. They do not have the bakery items such as cinnamon rolls and muffins, etc. While ordering, another customer came in complaining they had paid over $7 for 3 orders of bacon and once she got home there where 3 burnt pieces in a container. Very nicely renovated but needs some quality control.

Absolutely the worst customer service I ever experienced at a McDonald’s in my life. I never write reviews but, I really want to warn people, this is horrible. The food was not great we asked if we could get sauce, he said it was in the bag, really rude… It was not in the bag. Went back in to get the sauce the boy ignored us so did two other young employees.

I'm traveling, presently. This franchise owner/operator/manager is doing good things, here. Order clarification: check. Order accuracy: check. Burger meat: had sit for a bit & was extremely salty. 2/3 meals were undesirable. Fries were served extra crispy - did not request (simply not our thang). Had to drive back around through drive-thru to get napkins.

This McDonald's was very busy. We had to dodge dog poo just to get inside. The food was alright... Except the fries. The fries were overly greasy and cold, despite the constant flow of traffic. A lot of people kept returning their fries, but we were just too exhausted from our travels to bother.Parking: Lots of parking, but drive through line made it difficult to get parked.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, all McDonalds are wheelchair accessible nowadays.

Great management and owners. Always clean and friendlyUpdated: place went to trash now you sit in the drive through for 35 minutes for a happy meal. Litterall caused me to be late for work roll in at 10:30...Get through at 11...To make matters worse they turned off the lights while I'm in the drive through at 10:45 angering alot of customers behind me. It shouldn't take this long for a happy meal no should I have to listen to people honking behind me because of their mistakes.

Owners and Management,I have 20 years management experience. Nearly 10 of it as a McDonald's manager. If you want me to come in and help train your people on how to manage I would be happy to. Raising your voice is completely unnecessary. Tone is everything and your customers can feel the tension.Our food is typically correct but never enjoyable due to the chaos.

We were just off I64 on our way to see Fleming County covered bridges when we stopped to get drive thru. The service was quick and professional and we were pleasantly surprised how fresh and tasty the fish sandwiches were. Thanks.Kid-friendliness: Little man loved his happy meal with apple slices.

I love this place and not only is it very convenient on my way to work it's clean and the most awesome friendliest ladies that tale care of me daily. But today a new manager waited on me someone I have never seen before. She Not once smiled or said thank you and to be exact I didn't even know she was finished handing me my stuff because she went straight into talking and yelling to another employee with the window open. Bad example from this Manager. But maybe it was a bad day for her.
