They need new people on the drive thru - we told them what we wanted then had to repeat it twice, then someone else took over. The gravy is water, no consistency.The 1/3 double cheese burger had so much ketchup and mustard it was gross. (See after math on wrapper)The hot water in the women's bathroom is scolding hot. Be careful!

So aggravating the second night I’ve came to get ice cream at @9:00 and the ice cream is closed down why close down an hour early? When you’re known for your ice cream I nicely asked what time do y’all close it down “she said I really don’t know” instead of going to ask. That place is ridiculous and a bunch of lazy workers. Not including how high the prices are and anytime I get food it’s old and not fresh.

I'll never stop at this store again. The staff had no clue what was going on, I waited almost 20 mins to even place and order and at least 15 mins to get my food, and it was very below average. To be fair, the owingsville Halloween celebration was that night and they were slammed, but it was very apparent the staff was ill equipped to handle this and overwhelmed.

After fighting through a crowd of disheveled naked people (confused possibly trapped) I finally received my order after 53 long minutes of mental anguish staring at the satanic symbols on the wall written in what I presumed to be bodily fluids and the souls of the trapped naked people who seemed to be multiplying rapidly as my stay continued. To my dismay my order was completely wrong being that I ordered a simple burger and received half a frog on a paper plate doused in a mystery sauce ( which they would not disclose to me) so I was forced to crawl over the mounds of worms and bug carcasses in order to rectify the situation. Pictured below is was I received in my sweet tea which the workers gave me for getting my order wrong they may have been trying to silence me to save their pride. I will not be returning unless I gather forces to protect myself from the ancient evil residing in this establishmentDr.Balls Ph.D

Every single time go, I'm almost late for work because they make me pull over. Why when there is never anyone behind me. I sit in the parking lot for 15 or 20 minutes everytime and then I get my food and its always the wrong order or they leave something simple out like putting mustard and ketchup on a hot dog...No one got time for this.

Over 30+ minute wait for a burger and some chicken fingers. There's a decent amount of employees working, and there is food being produced, but the screen of orders shows nothing but red. More training and/or more employees are needed to keep this restaurant open and running, otherwise it should be closed.

It was ok. My grilled chicken sanwich was smeared with sauce and soggy so I wondered if it had been made quite a bit earlier. Little unkempt behind the counter. I would've had to get busy with the crew n clean. Our blizzards were delicious as usual at DQ

It's was decent. My tenders were cold, onion rings hot and fresh gravy cold, and my bread was hard. You'd think that for 9$ they could at least make it all hot and somewhat fresh.

It really isn't fair to review a place based on the purchase of a single item. That is all I have to go on, though. for this DQ location. If I ever stop here again I'll update my review accordingly.I was partway through a long drive and was in the mood for a treat. I stopped in for one of my favorite concoctions, a Heath Blizzard with Cookie Dough added.The way I order this item is important, because a Heath Blizzard contains fudge, while a Cookie Dough Blizzard does not. By ordering it this way I end up with a mixture of Heath, fudge, and cookie dough, at least usually. Unfortunately this location did not make the Blizzard this way. I'm not sure if this is because they never include fudge in a Heath Blizzard or if they made it like a Cookie Dough Blizzard with Heath instead. Either way, the result was a boring vanilla Blizzard with Heath and Cookie Dough, or so it seemed.Why, then, did I give a 4-star rating? Because the only thing that could possibly save the Blizzard in this situation was copious amounts of Heath and Cookie Dough. After the first couple of bites I was sure the bottom 2/3 would be nothing but soft serve. By the time I was halfway in I was certain I was nearly through the candy and cookie dough, but I was wrong. I have never had a Blizzard with such large quantities of the ingredients, and especially not mixed in so well. This was an All-Star caliber Blizzard. It would have been a thing of legend had it only contained the fudge I was expecting.If I ever find myself at this location I will try again and see if they can repeat (or hopefully improve on) this result.

1st time eating DQ since 2016. The best fried chicken sandwich I have had in a long time from a Dairy Queen. actually it was as good as the McDonald's crispy chicken sandwich. The fries were perfect,And the soda dispenses perfect soda...get the Ale8 it good. I'm gonna try the dairy Queen in mi Area wen I get home. GREAT JOB STAFF. YU GUYS SHOULD BE TRAINERS FOR THIS FRANCHISE. Sorry no pic, I ate it so fast👍!!!!

Doors were locked at 5:30 pm on a Friday. We stood in the rain waiting for them to let us in, the staff were discourteous and ignored the fact we had waited in the rain. The food took too long to arrive at our table and the gravy with the chicken basket still had unmixed powder in it, a horrible experience. I do not recommend this dairy Queen.

The person at drive thru asked would we like to try some pretzel sticks then when we spoke to order and ask for pretzels they said they didn't have any.....So why ask me if I want to try them ..?

The morning crew are so friendly at this location, you really feel like you know them and are talking to an old friend. The food and coffee were hot and fresh, and tasted great. Would definitely recommend.

I am not a fan of breakfast food unless I cook it, so I rarely eat at a fast food restaurant before lunch. I had my children with me on this particular cold nasty morning, so I stopped. The WONDERFUL staff cooked us all lunch items even though it was still about 2 hours until they start serving lunch and it was fantastic! My children now think that this is the best DQ ever! Thanks Owingsville DQ, for going out of your way and making our day a lot brighter!

Food was good but the blaring religious music and the staff staring at my tattood wife like she was a criminal was quite uncomfortable. Also seemed that the staff were initially reluctant to serve us when we were the only ones at the counter. Will not be returning on our trip home to FL

Very slow service today. Cleaners and cleaning towels on the countertop where food is. I witnessed one worker throwing trash and shoving it down without gloves on, not wash your hands and proceed to go back to preparing food

Wait time for any food is ridiculous, they have a person working grill that is extremely too slow for fast food. On top of that I’ve been inside and heard how staff is treated and it’s not very highly. I wouldn’t want my dog working here.

Very rude employees wouldn’t even look at us when handing out food and had smart remarks/back sassing when we asked questions. I know y’all can do better so do it. I work in fast food and that was just very unprofessional.
