What a great little diner! I dropped in for lunch after making a trip over for the county clerk. Staff was friendly. Food was hot and tasty. Fries were crisp. It felt like a diner from my teenage years. Awesome.

Parked and went in to place order to go. Best mom-and-pop diner around. They have a huge variety of food, great customer service and food is always fresh and cooked to go. The cheeseburgers are a must-have. There is a pool table to play on. I just wish they had a drive through somehow or curbside pickup. It's very busy around lunchtime and the wait is long.They have THE BEST MILKSHAKES around!Kid-friendliness: Simple items kids would eat

I have lived in Owenton almost all my life. Been ordering from the pool hall for quite awhile now, and usually the staff is so very nice. Tonight my family, and I decided to eat in. We were there a little over 20 minutes. Not even one staff member greeted us, nor came to take our order.

I’ve lived in owenton for almost 7 years and this place has always treated me so good and had always done so well with the service. Here recently it’s been very questionable, I got a hot fudge cake and let me just say everything tasted freezer burnt and the cake was very DRY. The burgers were slightly burnt but tolerable, the tator tots and the baked potato was very good though. Had waited for 35 minutes inside of the building after I had placed a pick up order and eventually they had to reask me what my order was. Nice atmosphere though.

The employees are really nice and always check to make sure the order is correct, and should you need assistance carrying items outside in your order they are kind enough to assist! 😄 The food is really delicious! They're also family friendly, and they do allow indoor dining as well as carry out. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and family! 😋 😁

It was a great little hometown joint. The employees were really sweet. My boys liked their burgers, and one got the veggie soup, and likened it to Frisches....a high compliment from him. I got onion rings, and they weren't your typical frozen onion rings. They were frozen, before frying, but they were delicious!

Excellent food, especially burgers and fish tail sandwiches. Crinkle cut fries are only good when very hot and their bland. But there's other great sides for choices like tater tots. Everyone's very friendly. Definitely recommend.

I moved from Florida to Owenton. This place is very clean and is a very well maintained establishment. The food was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Definitely will be back. And mmmm those sidewinders hit different in a good way.

Great place to grab a great burger, shoot some pool, and have some ice cream. Their house Sidewinder fries are unique like no other, and the burgers are great! Great prices too!
