I was the only one there, and all I needed was a simple tire patch. Waited an hour and a half before finally asking if they were close to being done since I hadn’t got a text from them. I was told they had canceled my order because they couldn’t find the (very obvious) air leak. Which was odd because it was so obvious that you could distinctly hear it. Anyway, I wouldn’t waste my time there. I’d pay triple to go anywhere else and have the problem actually fixed

We had such an excellent experience with the bakery department at the Frederica St. location. I simply gave the bakery a few details about my son’s party along with small requests and left it at that. I had no idea what I would be picking up but was so pleasantly surprised to see how they completed my order. Just perfect! Everyone enjoyed the cake and especially the whipped icing. What’s even better is the smash cake came free with the purchase of the sheet cake! Thanks so much for your efforts in making my son’s birthday that much sweeter! He was “one happy dude!”

I just love the idea you do not have 20 sales persons swarming and asking of you are finding everything OK. If I need help you have one on almost every isle but, the cash registers. It is okay. Lines are never really that long or no wait at all...☺

Literally spoke to 4 different people and when I responded to "how may I help you" I was immediately put on hold without them saying anything to me so all I heard was silence until the next person spoke aand that happened a total of 3 times that when the 4th person spoke i just said "all that's been happening is yall put me on hold immediately after I say what i need...when all i need to know is if you guys have an ID at all"

I always give it a 5 star. Even when I can't find something I'm looking for. Because I still have fun and David the door greeter is friendly and cool. He deserves a raise.

You can never find anyone willing to help you with anything. Their employees are so rude. I went to try and pick up a large box it was a closet organizer the Better Homes and Garden one that's heavy duty metal and wood, the box was busted I asked for help with it and finally a male worker came to help, But he was so rude he made sure to let me know I was wasting his time.

Changed our oil quickly during the winter storm and the auto center employee was nice. This location had a clean store, nice employees, & the selection was plentiful in choices in most all of the departments.

Had to print some photos for my Father in Law's funeral. Did in store option as I had other shopping to do while I was there. Some of the photos didn't transfer and I asked for assistance. Two...2!!!!! Employees were clueless on how to resolve my issue and basically told me they had "no idea how to work the machine" and "if photos don't download, I don't know what to do"!!What's the purpose in having photo department employees who do not know how to help your customers????Just solidifies my aversion to shopping at "Wally World"I am from out of state otherwise I would've found a Walgreens as they are my preferred store to trust my photo prints to.In addition, we purchased a pumpkin pie for the family --🤢🤢🤢 WORST pie anyone has ever tasted!!

Everyone was nice to me. However, I did witness a cashier refuse to talk or wait on a customer because of where he was from. Made me sad. I want to know what's up with closing all the doors except one when they are close to closing. I'm always parked at the wrong entrance/exit.

This is where I shop most of the time. The prices are reasonable, but like most stores, the shelves are not always stocked & the selection is less, but better than some stores. Overall, the store is a good place to do your shopping. Today I was there, & the prices on things are going through the roof. On top of that there are lots of items that need to be restocked. I the end you pay more & get less selections. The store has been reorganized since nice my last visit, & they were working on a lot of restocking.

It's small, everything seems to be upside down from the refugees that aparantly teleport from border to that particular Walmart parking lot. I guess in there former country they don't really practice respect for public places. Carts are usually strung out all over parking lot cause they can't grasp the that there is a blob of shopping carts in one spot to take it there. Nah no habla English. Should be glad they don't just load up cart and all. Sorry bout the 2 stars.

One of the worst Walmarts I have ever been in. I ended up going through the self checkout to try to save a few minutes because the registers were backed up. Ended up having to wait to check out because something had to be age verified and lo and behold. The person who was working that day called in sick. Never again. I understand. They are trying to save money by using self-checkouts but they need to understand that they have lost a customer permanently.

Walmart usually never has what I need. Things I used to purchase are now never there. Now the prices have gone up so much.. if you are on a fixed income like I am,, you can barely afford anything anymore.. I believe I will be trying Aldi from now on. The employees here never want to help and they never have enough cashier's. They want you to use self checkout. As if shopping isn't draining enough they want you to ring it up and bag it yourself. I absolutely hate shopping there. They don't even care you are disabled. I don't recommend Walmart any longer.
